The customer service rep was very knowledgeable in providing answers to my inquiries. She also encouraged me to be a part of the debt relief program and give it a tried.

The individual on the phone was very helpful and very clear about the program. Though it is not an ideal situation he was honest about what would happen to my credit and the length of time it would take to resolve with my creditors. The start of the process has gone very well and communication has been consistent and helpful so far.
