First of all, I was treated with courtesy and respect. All aspects were clearly explained; I did not feel rushed through any conversations that took place. I am feeling confident.

I spoke with real people, and they were so patient with me as I was in the middle of a stressful situation and embarrassed about my current finacial situation. I had things going well and had a plan until life kept throwing me curve ball after curve ball the last 9 months and the debt escalated quickly. I have an affordable plan and a PLAN for the debt to be gone in a reasonable amount of time! That’s the problem with credit cards and personal loans. You need the money, and they give it with you paying on it for so many more years than you should need too. It’s so relieving having a known end date to the debt

Everything was explained to me very well by the representative and he answered all my questions. It only took about an hour to get everything set up.

As someone who's always been mindful of my financial responsibilities, needing to find a way out of my debt caused by unforeseen familial responsibilities and illnesses has been very stressful, Tim Scanlin (then Geri during the welcome call) was thorough, informative, respectful, understanding, empathetic, and really -- REALLY -- listened to then addressed my questions and concerns, which is rare today. He didn't rush during his explanations as he wanted me to fully grasp your program. Then he paused whenever he sensed I had hesitations or trepidations about the process. When he switched me to Geri at the end of our discussion, she graciously finished explaining everything. Together they made me feel welcome, appreciated, understood, and trustful (Tim will tell you "trust" is a big issue for me in these days when you don't know who you're dealing with, or have had bad experiences being taken advantage of.) This is the first time in a long time I don't have that "stress knot" in my stomach as there's hope on the horizon.
