To be honest, there were many occasions throughout this process where I was frustrated with the customer service, or lack thereof. Keith has gone above and beyond over the past few weeks to answer questions, walk me through the program completion process, and follow up regularly. I wish that I had found him sooner! And I wish that there were more reps as competent and conscientious as Keith is.

I have only been enrolled for a little over 2 months and it has not been easy. Not making payments on my credit cards has been very hard for me, stressful, and upsetting to be honest. Just not who I am, but I can go on and see I'm not the only one and there are people making progress, so it gives me hope. There is also so many videos and testimonies that give me hope that it will be worth all the stress and sleepless nights. Thank You
