By far the WORST customer service
By far the WORST customer service I have ever experienced. I purchased shoes last week and they were delivered Monday and were completely the wrong order. Wrong shoe, wrong size. They were needed for a present this weekend and I ordered well in time. I contact adidas and they are making me return the shoes, wait for a refund and THEN they want me to repurchase the SALE item and wait AGAIN for the shoes. 1. it was a warehouse error NOT MY ERROR so why do I need to go through the refund process when I didn't make the mistake. 2. They will NOT rectify the error, contact me back, reply to messages, reply to emails, answer phone calls. They are completely ignoring the problem. 3. I paid with a voucher and I do not want to repurchase the item while I wait for the refund to be processed and then be refunded with another voucher, the whole purpose was to USE THE VOUCHER. I will never ever buy online again this is absurd customer service for a billion dollar company.
Adidas do not care
Lost package. Australia Post say my parcel is officially lost. They say to contact Adidas. Cannot get on to Adidas customer service at all. There is no way of finding out what I can do next. Appalling for such a massive company.
If zero stars were possible
If zero stars were possible, that's what you would get. Atrocious customer service, lies, false information and delays refunding my money. I placed an order on 7th June 2023 in a 30% off deal, quoted 2 days delivery, yet on 19th June, still no shipping details or item. Tried to phone customer service, said they were busy, try again later. I finally got thru on the 20th, lodged a complaint and they told me my shipping details were wrong. Considering I consistently purchase from them, I disputed this. They then said my order would be shipping the next day. I waited another week, still nothing so I contacted them on Facebook only to be told they cancelled my order on the 8th June due to no stock. I refuted that as I could buy the shoes at full price today for next day delivery. I asked why I had been lied to and why you have not refunded my payment. Was told my payment would be done in the next 3 days. It is now 13th July and still no refund, have contacted my Bank, ACCC and Fair Trading. You've lost a customer here, smarten up.

I would have given no stars if it was possible. I ordered on the 18th of June after 10 days of no status change on the order. I tried to contact for an update the phone wait time is ridiculous and the messenger feature constantly says "looks like all our people are busy, try again later" So I went on FB messenger again the response time was pathetic and I was fobbed off with we are busy but don't worry we are doing our best. I waited 2 more days and there had still been no status change so I contacted them again. This time I was told there was an error with the shipping information, so I clarified the address. However on the original purchase receipt my address is displayed correctly. On the 3rd July I was told the resilient had been processed. However I still have no tracking link or email to back this us. It is now the 7th of July and the package has not arrived. I want my money back! This is not acceptable!! The service or should I say the lack of service is appalling.

Absolutely disappointed with my whole experience. I bought two shoes from adidas on promotion. At the time I was buying I checked the size from another adidas shoes I have home. Bought the same size on both shoes. NO E-MAIL CONFIRMING MY PURCHASE. Kept having to check on the app and website, wouldn’t find out where was my order. Bought stuff from other online shops at the same time, everything arrived before. When I finally got my order, both shoes were extremely tight. Extremely frustrating, how come shoes from the same brand could have completely different fits although they are the same size?! How can you even buy anything online from Adidas if you don’t know the real size you will get?! Well, I had to check how I could exchange. They don’t exchange items and you can’t take your products to an Adidas store like you do in many other shops… until then… fine ok… I’ll return and buy new ones! Except both products were a lot more expensive now!!! SAME COLOUR, same everything… tried to talk to customer service but they were closed… “All good, I’ll chat to them tomorrow”… hours trying to connect the chat, it kept showing they were busy and I should try another time… on the following day I decided to call… 30 minutes wait… I explained the whole situation and how all I wanted was to buy the same products for the same price I paid before… anywhere else you can exchange for a different size… not in adidas… the person I was talking to told me he could only give me 20% discount which it wouldn’t make up to the same price I paid. I begged a little bit more! It’s unfair I can’t exchange really. He said he would have to ask permission and get back to me on Monday… On Monday he just e-mailed me a 20% discount code and didn’t even bother explaining why I was not granted the 30% we talked about… BUT THE BEST IS STILL TO COME!!! I COULDNT EVEN USE THE DISCOUNT CODE ON THE PRODUCTS I NEEDED, MEANING THE ONES I TALKED ABOUT DURING THE WHOLE CALL… what a joke… Your online system has to improve a lot! Buying online should handy and easy… not with adidas…

Adidas australia what is going on ???? I have ordered 3 pairs of shoes in the past month. 2 cancelled eith absolutely no contact explaining and they still show as sent on my account. Last pair ordered a week ago. Seems like it didnt cancel but no shipping details. I have been back and forth for weeks contacting customer service for weeks they cant help. I can only wear Stan Smith shoes as they do not hurt my feet otherwise i would never shop with your Company again. Disgusting customer servive. I will shop the International outlets from now on which is truly crappy!

Absolutely disgusting. Purchased a birthday gift ( a sweatshirt) for a friend online on 14th June, after a week still no shipping information. Tried to call the customer service phone number listed on their official website, waited a long long time, no one answers. Online and apps chat function are not working at all. I searched everywhere, found messenager communication avenue. Was told today through Messenager, the order was cancelled by system already. But I never received any notification in any form, and on my account, it is still showing as an active order now. The sweatshirt in this particular colour has sold out in other retail online as well, which I could have purchased from if I was informed the cancellation earlier. Never again! Do not recommend anyone trust Adidas AU online.
The WORST!
Would’ve given zero star if I could. Ordered a pair of shoes in May, their system had a glitch and removed my house number on shipping address. Tried calling customer service and on hold forever, emailed twice and no one replied. Never seen such a terrible and bad managed company. Prepare to lose your money ordering from them.

I previously read numerous 1 star reviews for adidas.com. I purchased product via PAYPAL as it is protected. I must say in my experience my order transaction from adidas.com was faultless. I ordered product easily on line with a discount also. Item arrived within 4 days of ordering. Item received exactly as described and nil issues.

Item returned but never received a refund
I ordered a pair of shoes via the online store. When they arrived, the box had the correct size written on them but the shoes themselves were the wrong size. I contacted their customer support who told me to return the item and they would issue a refund. 5 weeks after the shoes were delivered back to Adidas, I'm still waiting for my refund. Their official refund policy is 21 business days according to the agent or 28 days according to the website. Regardless, even according to those appalling SLAs, my refund is overdue. I've called them 5 times so far. Each time they promise the refund is coming and tell me just to wait. One agent attempted to issue a refund manually but apparently it was rejected by the finance team. I'm not sure on what grounds.
Given what's happened so far, I've asked to speak to a manager but they are always "in a meeting". I've asked for an email to confirm the refund will be issued but that can't be done. I've asked what their complaints process is and they don't have one. I threatened to raise a complaint through Consumer Affairs and the agent simply says OK.
Do NOT ever buy from the Adidas online shop. I wish I'd read reviews beforehand so I wouldn't have wasted my time and money, which I don't think I'll ever get back.
Absolutely awful
Absolutely awful! Ordered many items on 6/3 and items were never posted. I contacted customer service on 14/3 and they cancelled my order. Would never shop Adidas again.
Don't ever order from this company
Don't ever order from this company. Online store never sent product. After following up on where product was they didn't know what went wrong. Asked for refund and keep getting told it will take 48 hours for them to get back to me. 8 days later and 4 phone calls told the same thing. Still no refund. Very poor customer service and hard to understand on the phone.
Expect long time to see you money back…
Expect long time to see you money back when you do a refund. My returned item arrived in Adidas warehouse on 30th November 2022 and I only got my money back on 10th January 2023 after multiple follow up with their clueless offshore customer service team.
Their online system is an absolute dog breakfast.

So Adidas Australia, obviously know that their online retail is appalling, this has been going on for years now, you just have to read the reviews. Instead of recognising the weak link in the overall company functionality, they’re just letting it run and more to the point just don’t give a s***t!
Yes got excited about the sale, ordered a pair of kicks, 10 days later cancelled order, went to check out another pair, ordered, paid 8 days later cancelled order again even if it showed stock was available and 6 in the size still left. Pointless.
Incompetent order management
Purchased a duffel bag from their website, the sure days to expect 7-12 days delivery. On days 1-8 the status was order confirmed, awaiting dispatch from warehouse. On day 9 i received an email saying the order could not be fulfilled because it was out of stock (even tho the site said it was in stock) and I'd get a refund in 5 business days. Absolute waste of time, can't believe a company like adidas is so poor at order management.
Failed to deliver goods for Christmas took over 6 weeks
Failed to deliver goods ordered in November in time for Christmas. Despite numerous contacts with their "help" desk and guarantee on several occasions and to "not worry" that my goods would arrive before Christmas, to then receive an email (which went to junk) on the 23rd of December that they would not be delivering in time. Adidas offered a 30% discount on my next order as compensation. Had to go out and run around on Christmas Eve to find all new presents for my kids. Their customer service is appalling and insulting, they just lie to get you off the call or chat
6 week wait for the order to actually…
6 week wait for the order to actually be packed - unbelievable! Questioned on several occasions and they said they have people working 24/7 - hard to believe. Also returned part of the order which was received by them over a week ago and upon questioning why the refund couldn’t be processed right away like other online services, they said it takes up to 28 days! Won’t be using them again.

Abysmal customer service
Abysmal customer service. Slow slow slow shipping times. I dont know what adidas have an eCommerce site when they clearly have zero interest in servicing it. Their facebook page is full of people who have been waiting weeks and months for their order to even leave the warehouse. And Adidas are IMPOSSIBLE to contact. Their only direct contact seems to be Facebook which they do not respond to.
