Terrible customer service, avoid at all costs. Ordered 1 month ago, was assured it will be delivered by Christmas, then got an email saying it will be delivered by today, and now it is not even shipped. Customer service makes zero effort to help customer here except "warehouse team advises 'blah' and that's all we know". What is the point of this customer service at all?
Apparently this morning my order was DEFINITELY getting shipped today. Now I'm told it won't arrive before and it's not even packed yet.
So an initial delivery of 2 weeks turned into 4 weeks, turned into who knows when now.
What a joke of a company.

After thinking Adidas was a reputable brand that would be easy to order with, how I was wrong!!! Made a order online, A company that is unwilling to make a small effort to satisfy their customers. I made the mistake of ordering from them online, thinking it would be a standard delivery that would take up to 5 days to arrive. Unfortunately, no order has been dispatched after 14 days. I immediately contacted their customer service but they could not provide me with any tracking information, which led me to believe it hadn't shipped yet.
Ridiculous time waiting

Adidas won't refund a return :(
Returned an online purchase in July. Its now end of October and I'm still waiting for a refund. I've contacted Adidas on several occasions, provided the AusPost tracking number and each time I'm told the refund will be processed in 24 hours. Very frustrating. I would avoid dealing with Adidas if you think you may need to return your purchase.

Second time ordering products on the Adidas website, only to get an email confirming delivery of your purchase with a list of products that are out of stock and can not be delivered, this is more than 5 days after ordering and paying for the order in full. I will never order products from them online again, you never know what you might receive and what not. Shocking to think this is the online shopping standard for a brand of this magnitude.

Online shopping experience
Online shopping experience, not the best, crappy website, crappy login, crappy order tracking and slow processed returns. You need to be better at this. Most online companies process the return in a day or two, and Adidas does it in 2-3 weeks, if you are lucky. Just to give you an example, after a while once Adidas received my return, I did a follow up with the customer service and I have been told, it's only the 8th day since they have received my return!.. What a joke!.. Catch up with the technology and the century Adidas.. By the way, I also need to say, once you have placed the order, you have no idea when you will receive your order, it could be next week, or next month.. and you will never be informed about it..
Always a great experience
I've never had a bad experience when ordering with Adidas online. My shoes have always come in a timely manner and the quality of the shoes have always been in top form. I will continue to buy from Adidas online.
Terrible experience, no Australian helpline, what a joke.
Placed order for 2X pairs of shoes 6th June.
Received 1 pair 10th June.
Called Adidas to see where 2nd pair was same day, was told would receive call back within 48 hours.
Followed up again 14th June, told again would receive callback within 48hours _ no call back.
Received 2nd pair 17th June, "WRONG SIZE"
Called Adidas today 20th June, NO stock left in my size, given no resolution but told Id receive a callback within 48 hours.
If this issue is not resolved my next contact will be to Consumer Affairs and ACCC.
THIS IS RIDICULOUS.

Horrible to deal with. Takes forever to dispatch the order. Horrendous delivery times and now I'm waiting since nearly 3 weeks for my refund. Will not order there ever again!
Item arrived in a box very badly sealed…
Item arrived in a box very badly sealed with clear tape with a big gap so you could see the item, there was a gap where you could just reach in as it wasn't sealed properly. Box was way too big for the small bag I ordered item wasn't wrapped just chucked in the box moving around, came with a sticker from Australia Post saying item arrived at depot in this condition so they clearly were not impressed either. Bag is tiny and not worth the $45 I paid for it. Waste of money and very poor quality of packing. Never ordering from them again.

I purchased some basketball shoes online. I returned them over 10 weeks ago. I am still waiting on my refund despite repeated emails and phone calls. Each time I was told a date my refund would be processed, each time the date passed with nothing. I have tried to speak to a manager or someone higher than a customer service rep, each time I have been told that is not possible.
Average quality shoes, extremely below average customer service and returns.

It's been months since they received a return and I have called them 18 - yes, 18 - times! I now know most of their customer service people by name/voice. Abbey refused to confirm her name one time, then called herself Carla. When I finally got through to a Manager I was told that they are allowed to use "Phone Names". They shouldn't misrepresent themselves.
I am now happily converted to Nike.
The poorest Adidas's operations, my experience like being CHEATED
I don't want to give even one star but this system needs our rating. If I could, negative shall be given to this Adidas Australia Pty Ltd.
First of all, I always travels, I must reiterate that I have had extremely good online experiences with Adidas of other countries (e.g. UK, USA etc.), writing this abuse is tailor made to Adidas Australia Pty Ltd, they such the poorest operations in the world.
This is the poorest operations in Australia to run Adidas online business. My order was placed on 23rd November, have had live chat with the customer service on daily bascis since 29th November. The customer service has no intention to deal with my case. Until this second, none of them able to tell me where is my order.
Hopeless, unable to obtain assistance from this Adidas Australia Pty Ltd., I have raised the case to Paypal, this poorest Adidas Australia Pty Ltd alert that I am going to make the claims so they immediate to amend the order notification to "order shipped".
However, I received NONE email confirmation in regarding the shippment, and of course NONE the purchased has sent to me.
Such poor attitude of this Adidas !
I guess they even want to escape from the refund. They are reluctant to proceed the refund even though they told me the purchase order has been confirmed CANCELLED. (they told me to wait 3 business days since 8th December, the refund will be back to my paypal account.)
But the fact is, NO REFUNF IS RETURNED to my paypal account.
I don't know whether my refund can be done, I hope Paypal able to give hand on this.
Stay away from this Adidas Australia Pty Ltd., don't buy online.
Adidas is a global huge premium brand, how come they let this Australia operations team to ruin their brand equity ?
Truly shocking
Truly shocking. I returned a pair of sneakers and had to call them five times before they processed the refund. It took over ten weeks. Their returns policy says that a refund can take several weeks which is bad enough as it is without having to chase them 5 times. You can tell they give no priority to customer experience when it is very difficult to find a phone number on their website and the Q&A doesn't address the primary service issues. I would not buy online from them because if you have to do a return, unless you are prepared to keep hounding them, you may not get your money back.
Bad Quality and bad customer service
I bought shoes for my son. Wear it two hours. Part of him defected. We went back to the center. They refused to help and said your son did it on purpose. And when you contact customer service, they only have a word that you must back the center you purchased. This is very frustrating and disappointing. I do not recommend dealing with this company that does not respect and does not fulfill its promises to customers

After I purchased my order of over $300 adidas we’re quick to take my money, but have made it as painful as possible to provide me my refund.
I followed up with their customer service team on when to expect my refund after returning my order 3weeks prior, only to be told it can take over 30days for the refund to show on my bank account.
It has been 60days and today my refund for only 1/5 items has been processed.
Called to follow up and spoke with the same customer service representative only to be questioned about the number of products I returned and reluctantly processed my refund.
0 communication to confirm and record the conversation we had or the issue that occurred.
Terrible customer service, poor communications between warehouse and customer support.
I will never be shopping at adidas again!
