Bought a product was offered to be post it in 2,3 days.
Here we are 2 weeks later they haven't eve process my order.
Contact Customers Services and nothing they can do as they are not base in Australia.
In my Adidas account have no option for refunds as I don't need the product any more.

Unprofessional & Misleading
At time of order it says 1-2 business days for dispatch very clearly on their shipping page. I have waited over 2 weeks and no representative is able to tell me when the order is being shipped. They blame they have a high volume of orders and are waiting for the courier to pick up. Yet they can not escalate or do anything about it, such as simply putting it on the same days pick up? Extremely misleading to not have any mention of such delays on the website and to not give any kind of reassurance as to when the order will be dispatched.

Purchased 4 soccer balls for my daughter. In under 1 year of moderate use, 1 ball no longer holds air and goes flat within 24 hours.
I decided to contact Adidas...via facebook messenger, gave all requested details and photos - they said we'll send an email. The email then asked for a repeat of all the exact same info, plus more... I politely complied with their tedious request.
They replied 'we could not find a manufacturing fault' and rejected the claim... I explained the ball is in perfect condition except for the fact that is doesn't hold air, and asked for the case to be re-considered and escalated.
They came back with "After a second review of your claim. We could not find a manufacturing defect. Please know that this 2nd review is final." ... so I sarcastically asked if it's not a manufacturing defect, what is it? a feature?
I was stunned a company of this standing would burn a customer over such a trivial issue, and obvious product fault.
I have taken one for the team and now written this off... I write this review in the hope that others can learn from my mistake.

Would give a zero if I could. Am a member and have spent hard earned money with them. Had two seperate agents assure me that my order had been sent only to have it cancelled a week later saying there was no stock. I’m a trainer collector so I know for a fact the ones I had ordered have been snapped up by someone within the company instead of us poor customers who keep you in employment. I could’ve got the same pair from various other sites but chose not to and now these hard to find are going for silly money. Thanks adidas…..

This company was once known for its excellent quality and customer service, but now, with customer service outsourced to India or Pakistan, the support seems ineffective. There's a perception that these customer service representatives lack concern for whether customers receive their items or not. The quality has also suffered, despite Adidas cutting costs and still raking in significant profits.

WASTE OF MY $900
spent $900. all but 3 items were faulty. I MEAN ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING FOR THE PRICE AND QUALITY. The quality of their material has now dropped to the standard of a cheap $10 garment from big w. how do I know? regardless of placing clothes in dryer just can't get the balls of fluff that build up. Even after 2 washes they look haggard. the main reason I continued to buy adidas because no matter how many times your wore the clothes one spin in dryer they came out looking new. now they fade. and all the above. I still have 2 return 3 more items cos of faulty sewing. I'm over it. lucky is a sports store that sell other brands. SINCE COVID YOUR QUALITY OF CLOTHING HAVE DRAMATICALLY DROPPED TO LOW STANDARDS. Don't expect to get a refund for any gift card or voucher transaction done online. If you got it wrong (and they don't care if you do), you are stuffed because you wont get your money back nor allow you to exchange it.
If you dare to return, then you lost both your money and the incorrect merchandise you bought. That's what happened to me.
This is such a dodgy practice. Don't ever expect me to come back.
If you value your money, then keep away.

I've bought from Adidas online before, but something foul has befallen this company. I wish I'd read the reviews - They're either 'wrong items being sent,' 'one shoe of a pair missing,' or your order disappears into the ether as follows:

1-3 weeks pass without a dispatch/shipping update, Repeated calls to offshore help centre (who have no idea what's happening at the warehouse in Victoria) They tell you same thing - to give it another 24-48 hrs, After which nothing changes, you call again, nothing changes
Call a fourth time in two weeks to be told your order is cancelled and it will take 3-5 business days to refund your transaction amount.
Something is rather off. This is extraordinarily bad business practice
Why are they selling items online for stock they don't actually have?
They are holding money from our sales orders for about three weeks or more (depending on how soon you ring and resolve) - considering how many customers are having the same issue - this presents a hefty amount of liquid wealth passing through their accounts. Investing in short term bonds and overnight markets until customers call and complain? This is remarkably dubious and instead of everyone only writing reviews on trust pilot, google and product review, please use your time to report adidas.com.au to the ACCC.
It's shady. They are restricting output of what they say they have online and I find it hard to believe between their Victorian warehouse, their call centre and their online inventory - none of them seem to know accurate stock levels or what's going on with lagging orders which inevitably get cancelled. They even had the gall to blame Auspost for not collecting the orders from the warehouse - to which I asserted 'impossible' as everything else I order which comes via Auspost, does so very efficiently. And furthermore is a blatant lie - because the order is never picked, packed, or drawn up a shipping slip.
I called the Victoria warehouse and left a message to try and get through to someone who may be able to access the warehouse in Australia - still haven't received a call back.
Please report consumer issues to the ACCC for generally appalling customer service, UI, business practice and possible cartel conduct for a multi-national company

Won the yeezy draw. However, i was sent the wrong size. Was told to return the shoe for refund and until now I still have not gotten the refund yet. It has been more than 3 months already. Email going back and forward. Never ever buy Adidas product anymore
