Update 1/31 Adams Van Lines has resolved my complaints in a satisfactory manner.

Adams Van Lines make is difficult to write reviews on other sites. They scour the negative reviews and automatically delete them and replace good reviews with old dates and publish new dates.

Came a day late, dropped my massage chair, damaged my digital piano, and dining room table. Lost the screws to the handles on my refrigerator. Coffee table also damaged. All items were brand new at the source location, when they got to my new place they forged my signature that checked off all items as received and in great shape.

Tried BBB and my credit card company and all that happened was that Adam Van Lines offered $75 refund for $4k in damaged items.

Hate to be passive aggressive on this and I know I won't see any money back but would like to warn others of dealing with this disaster of a company.

They assembled everything perfectly as well. Would definitely recommend this company. Had a great experience with Adams Van Lines. Adams Van Lines

Denny Fleming is the worst customer rep I've ever dealt with. He misquoted me by telling me he had everything I requested in our contract but literally left off a sectional couch, fake plant, heater, fans, hockey bag, 9 foldable chairs, 6 kitchen chairs, 1 foldable table, a camping grill, tent, canopy for camping, all the size of my pictures after I went over specific dimensions, missed 20 pictures I mentioned out of 25 total, said we could have trash bags filled with soft blankets (which after we signed a contract you can't do with this company), missed another small heater, 2 fans, 1 tv, a cpu monitor, 2 end tables, and a pair of Longhorns. He repeated all of these items back to me and left them off of the final contract and quoted me for 6,400$. Fast forward to the day before moving I get a call (from Ron) that all this stuff was never mentioned and I have to pay 1,200$ To reserve the rest of the space in our truck so this company won't pick up another 2 bedroom apartment with our stuff. Denny of course never mentioned this either. He also told me we had 10% leeway on boxes so if we had 100 and we had 10 extra it was no charge. When the new rep contacted me (Denny wouldn't respond to me) they said that he should have never said that and that isn't their policy at all. 1 day later a new person calls me after Ron contacted me and said Ron no longer works with the company and of course he was supposed to follow up with me, then a new rep Colleena contacted me and said it's not 1,200$ to reserve the truck and it would be an additional $4,000+ to reserve the truck and Ron shouldn't have quoted me for $1,200. No one in this company knows what anyone else is doing and it literally just compromised my entire move to another state. I would highly highly recommend never using this company unless you want some shady people to work with that will lie to you about costs to get you roped in and pile it on later and only blame it on other people. This was such a bad experience I felt the need to write this review. Denny Fleming is a con artist if you ask me.

If i could give zero i would. Worst company to handle your valuable items. Cross country move. They farmed it out to another company and helped with nothing. Had over 18k dollars in damages they offered me 144 dollars. and could not provide how they came up with that number since my stuff was never weighed. Don't trust your valuable with this company they are filled with liars and snakes. they just take your money and vanish. Wish I would have done more research into them before I hired them
