Great company and customer service

AcuPrime has a good customer experience where a helpful person answers the phone to take an order.
I understand this may be an extra business expense, but my original order was cancelled due to a name on the card and I wasn't aware of this. I had to go chasing for the order which caused delays. I would like to know of the issue sooner, to avoid delays on orders. Thank you.
