Pure decency and dignity, WELL DONE ACUPRIME
I have been buying from AcuPrime for a couple of times now.
Their products are perfect for my needs, mostly needles and Chinese med equipment, it’s hard to find the right needle brand/quality that I am used to and AcuPrime has a great range and the exact brand/length and quantity that I need!
Moreover, on my last order I made a mistake and ordered the same order twice (computer glitched probably) the sum of the 2 orders was around 500£ which for a small business like mine it’s a lot of money.
Fortunately, one of the company staff noticed the double order and sent me an email stating they have noticed this and refunded the second order so I can have the money back in a few days!
This is pure decency and dignity!
WELL DONE ACUPRIME for being friendly and honest with your clients!
I would highly recommend visiting the website and purchasing their products and services.
