I am a realtor and have so many tools available to me. I purchased Acumbamail because of the features and benefits, but not really understanding the power. I held off for awhile because I am not fluent in Spanish. In the meantime, I started learning about email marketing and its necessity. So, the information in Acumbamail is now more understandably in English. I am so glad I bought this early on on a humble. The pricing, features, ease of use and flow is really good. Acumbamail is a game changer in my email marketing strategy.

Acumbamail is good at what it does. Being a multi-lingual product, sometimes the languages don't show correctly at first (Spanish shows when I have it set to English). As others have stated, there are quirks to the onboarding process. The visual editor is good, though some polish is needed to usability (especially if you compare it to MailChimp). Overall, if you want to capture emails and send to segments with a good looking email, Acumbamail has you covered every day of the week (or until you hit your limit)!

I've tried some other email marketing tools previously and Acumbamail is way more complete. On the con side I'd say that a better onboarding for new user would be useful. I have had to make some investigation to put all the pieces together. Just as an example, it was tough to discover that you can only create a form to grab subscribers after creating your first list.

Once said that, the tool is extremely powerful and have a very simple, nice interface. Quite recommendable!

Definitely a good choice to cover the basics and if you get the right deal, it could be worth the money. Other than that to have to reach out to technical support to enable SMTP is an absolute no-go for trusted clients that have purchased it via special channels and not via the website. Templates are fine so far, however, I am curious if and what the team has been working on the past months as there is no investment visible into the product itself. What is negative for me is that you get a bunch of scheduled emails while you are waiting for support to get back to you. Unfortunately, overall I cannot give more than 3 stars.

Acumbamail is the best alternative to mailchimp & sendgrid.
I just replaced my sendinblue with them.
But I think they should improve language, UX & integration more convenience.
