All this after using them for Liabilty for construction and not missing a payment for over 15 years.

Very poor roof coverage cancel very late and took the money 6 months later informed that we would be canceled
Halfway through the first year of our home policy we received an email stating that our policy would cancel unless we replaced our roof. I never but one notification and it should have told me immediately of the issue.
Additionally, your premiums are too high.
