Right when you’re down and out Acuity is there to make sure you’re covered! Both times we got put in a bad spot with theft on a job they got us back up and running with coverage to get things replaced... Se mer

I like getting my information through the mail, I like the easy ways I can make my payments, by check through the mail, by phone, ETC. I have never had any problems with this company.

Obscene increase in premium.

Obscene increase in premium going from a 2019 to a 2026 Subaru Outback. 2019 premium was $841. 2026 jumped up to $1805. I never had an insurance claim in the past 60 years. On the positive side, very fast communications from the company. I guess we are paying for all the losses in FL, TX and CA.

Fair and reasonably quick

I have to admit, through my agent, besides paying my periodic insurance bills, the only time we worked with Acuity was 06/25 when I had a car accident and Acuity paid me a fair amount of money for the car that was totaled. The process was reasonably quick and fair.

Acuity insurance great company

I have had acuity insurance for many years as my parents also did. If I ever have a question they are just a phone call away and you get a person not a recording. They are very Knowledgeable and helpful. When I had hail damage last spring they were right there to help and made it very easy to help me get things done

In the several years that I’ve been…

In the several years that I’ve been with Acuity, I feel the pricing has been fair. I had a claim this past year and was treated fairly and the employees I dealt with seemed to really care about my needs and property. My entire neighborhood had claims and the problems many had with their insurance companies was unbelievable. My claims were resolved quickly.

I do not and will not ever understand…

I do not and will not ever understand the rates for insurance, and our company has never filed a claim. I was told by my insurance man that they are searching for more affordable insurance due to you all increasing again. I understand inflation, but it doesnt matter if you have never filed a claim and if you do file a claim then you have a checkmark by your name. I don't understand

Communications

Communications, response to questions and claims timely and appreciated.
Only reason I can’t give a 5-star is because I don’t think they take into account long-time, accident, ticket-free senior policy holders who don't really drive as much (auto), but also install upgrades, such as full-generators, upgraded windows, doors, driveways, etc. (home).

Hassle free claim service

We switched to Acuity a few years ago after a referral from a friend and comparing prices. We had a claim on our homeowners policy after only a year with them due to hail damage and they were very easy to work with. We have been very happy with their service and comparable pricing.

I am current with my policy a year ago I was late on my payment and was threatened you were going to cancel me I am self employed and sometimes it's difficult I had your service for years and never had a claim

They seem to be getting greedy

They seem to be getting greedy. Premiums spiraling upwards with no claims filed for over 10 years (and that was a minor one). They certainly don't seem to behave like MUTUAL Ins Company
