I've been insured with several companies over the year (60...yikes!). I've never had a claim in all those years until recently when I got a cracked windshield.
Having never filed a claim in all those years, I had no clue as to the claims process. Your rep walked me thru the whole process, contacted the service company, made all the arrangements and paperwork.
Service was absolutely flawless!

I've never made a claim so not sure how their customer service is
I haven't dealt with anyone from Acuity in over a year, and I've never had to make a claim, so in all honesty, I have no idea how their service is. I receive an email stating what my premium is, I pay it and we're good for another year.
