We had air conditioning installed in our property in London and couldn’t be happier with the experience. The team was professional, friendly, and very efficient throughout.
The installation was completed to a high standard, with great attention to detail, and everything was left clean and tidy. The system works perfectly and has made a big difference in comfort.
Would definitely recommend.

Thanks again to ACL -Air Conditioning London for saving the day! Quick turnaround for urgently required repair. Very competitive rates and clearly highly skilled. We initially used the service of another company that stated our AC unit was beyond economical repair, glad we decided on a second opinion! All now sorted and fixed and no doubt saved a small fortune on replacement. Will recommend to others. Thanks again.

Had an issue with my AC and went through two other companies before finally calling ACL London — and honestly, I wish I’d found them first.
From the moment they arrived, the difference was clear. The engineers were not only highly skilled but genuinely cared about getting everything sorted properly. Professional, efficient, and easy to talk to, they took the time to explain what was going on and made sure I was comfortable every step of the way.
The staff overall are fantastic — responsive, reliable, and willing to go the extra mile to meet your needs no matter what. It’s rare to find a company that combines technical expertise with such great customer service.
If you’re dealing with AC issues, don’t waste time like I did — go straight to ACL London. Brilliant service all around.!!!

Responsive Aircon company, highly reccomend
We had ACL out to our commercial site on an urgent call when our units suddenly failed, and honestly they were brilliant from start to finish.
We had a couple of other companies come out as well, and every single one of them pushed straight for full replacement of the units. ACL actually took the time to look at what could be saved, serviced what was still workable, and only recommended replacing what genuinely needed it.
It ended up saving us a fair bit of money, but more importantly it felt like they were being straight with us rather than trying to sell us the most expensive option.
Really responsive, easy to deal with, and just a genuinely honest team. Would definitely use them again and happily recommend.

Best service I've used in a while . Everything was transparent through out , 2 aircons was out of action and ACL fixed it in hours and everything was up and running , I can not express how grateful I was there service and experience. James from acl was in constant contact with me explaining all the steps I recommend this company to everyone will defo will be using them again . Thank ACL for the outstanding service.
