Such a great idea

Such a great idea - and the app is looking really good. As an early user I ran in to a few problems, but the team have been very responsive and helpful, keeping me updated even over the weekend.

We are one of the earliest users

We are one of the earliest users, so we’re told straight away that the app is still wip. But what made a big difference is how supportive the support team is, how responsive they are, so I didn’t find the whole onboarding difficult at all - if anything I wanted all the features straight away. We moved 3 JISAs seamlessly, set up regulars quickly, and have paid for a gifting feature - which is sooo worth it. Almost instantly the loved ones wanted to contribute to kids accounts, something they’ve not done before - so I feel being able to do it directly, so easily online is genius! We could review the gift messages but once we’ve done it, they were gone, so kids could only be able to access them once they access the money - how beautiful is that!

A great app!

I downloaded the Mia app to start saving for our daughter’s future. I am so impressed with how user friendly the whole experience has been, and the app is so intuitive and easy to use! Most importantly, it is so reassuring to know that we now have a dedicated space for family to gift money towards her future, and can’t wait to continue using the app and watching this grow.

I’ve been looking for something like this for ages and so glad to have found Mia - it’s been amazing to see how easy it is to create something so much more meaningful than just a bank note in a card for the kids!

A seamless experience

From logging on to creating an account it’s been super easy and straightforward. Who knew saving/gifting for our goddaughter would be so seamless.

The app is also super authentic and thought about. I also love that it is so atheistically pleasing - not like the other banking apps out there.

Takes the stress out of future planning

Such a needed addition to the fintech space! I love how user-friendly it is, and being able to see predicted projections for your contributions makes it so motivating. It’s empowering to watch how small, regular contributions can grow over time, and it really takes the stress out of planning for the future.

A great app to support saving for my little girls future

I’ve been using the Mia app for around a month now and great to be able to have a place where I can start building savings for my child’s future but also amazing educational articles to read to support my knowledge around investing. I also can’t thank the customer services team enough, so quick to respond and help me set up my account.

A great user experience!

Fantastic customer support from Sajni when I’ve needed it. The user experience in the app is great - really easy to use, clean design and a few features such as being able to upload a photo of your child that make it feel personal.

I can’t recommend Mia Wealth enough

I can’t recommend Mia Wealth enough. It feels like something different - not just another finance company, but a mission-led business built with real purpose behind it.

I've followed the founder Sophia for years as she is incredibly knowledgeable, but what stands out even more is why she’s launching Mia. You can feel that everything she’s building is rooted in creating a better future for her twin daughters, which makes the whole experience feel so much more human and meaningful.

As someone who has just had a baby myself, this really resonated. It’s completely shifted the way I think about money and the future. Because of Mia Wealth, I’ve started investing for my daughter now. That feeling of taking control and doing something tangible for her future is priceless.

I am really looking forward to seeing where Sophia and the team take the product, no doubt they will do big things with it!

Mia has been a breath of fresh air

Mia has been a breath of fresh air, working in Financial Services myself I am fully aware of the pain that is inflicted on us with paper work/ wet signature requests. In Branch appointments etc, it's 2026 we are all tech savvy & shouldn't be expected to live in a world that some retired people still expect. We need FS to keep up & service clients in a way that helps them. I personally didn't open an account recently as they told me I would need to come back for an appointment

Coming from a Financial Services background yourself, your feedback carries even more weight. We completely agree that in 2026, parents shouldn't be held back by paperwork, wet signatures, or the need for physical branch appointments. Life is busy enough without those unnecessary hurdles, and being told to "come back for an appointment" is exactly the kind of friction we are determined to remove.

We believe that financial services should work around your schedule, not the other way around. Our goal is to keep using technology to give parents their time back, rather than taking it away with outdated processes.

I have just onboarded to Mia and the…

I have just onboarded to Mia and the whole process was quick, easy and simple. I had onboarded and made the application to transfer a JISA within 10 minutes which is an incredible user experience and then instantly received feedback from a customer care officer to keep me updated on next steps.
