Bought item from achedaway haven't had an email back to say if it's been dispatched or anyform contact from them, I would say to anyone that's thinking of dealing with this company to stay away from them, terrible company to deal with,buy there products else where...

After watching a demonstration of Achedaway cupping on Youtube, I was prompted to order a pair of cups and the Achedaway pro massage gun, as there was a 25% off promotion. When I tried to order the cups, there was no mention of the offer promotion. After contacting Achedaway, they told me that the promotion was a clerical error, however they offered a £25.00 discount instead, which I accepted. I was unable to download the tracking app. and I find the customer service department very slow and difficult to deal with.

I have had a terrible experience. Faulty gun which doesn’t turn off properly once on and customer service not helping me to resolve. No way of contacting them apart from a whatsapp number that no one responds to. Still i am waiting for a response to get my money back. Hopefully this channel will help me escalate to resolve.
Proceed with caution would be my advice.

Really pleased the the product
Really pleased the the product, but the delivery was very slow. Had to wait nearly 2 weeks for the item to be delivered. We are so used to next day delivery on Items, it was surprising it took nearly 2 weeks to arrive.

Shambolic Customer Service
Ordered the item almost 3 weeks ago and still haven't received. Terrible customer service, takes ages for anyone to respond. No compensation or warning for the delay. Who knows if I'll get the item. Won't be recommending.

Really good product
Really good product. Gets too all those achy body parts. Easy to use although a manual explains how different head's, and how long to use over areas would be beneficial. Would recommend this product
