Such a good service from start to finish as had a new boiler installed. Paul and the team are so friendly and always willing to help with any issues I had. My old boiler was playing up and needed a new one asap. This company’s availability is really good, so highly recommend!

I was very impressed with the initial inspection of my Viessmann boiler by Paul for it was obvious that he knew what he was talking about and so he ordered the parts, for the repair and within a couple of weeks they were fitted by Shawn who did an excellent job & got my boiler working again. Paul came to our house to di a quote for a new boiler and within a couple of weeks once the quote was accepted a new boiler was fitted. A very professional team. This is the second boiler fitted (in different houses) by Paul and both have been smooth and trouble free at reasonable prices. Nothing is too much for Paul and both installations have been completed stress and
free.

Had new boiler radiator and pump thermostat fitted Shaun and Jake did a great job and Paul was very helpful when he came out to assess the job highly recommended this company would use again

Paul visited our house to advise on a new boiler, he suggested a different brand of boiler to the one I suggested as the wiring to our boiler didn't suit it. The price quoted was very competitive, and the install by Shaun and Jake was problem free! A query regarding the heating of the water tank was answered afterward quickly.

Used this company to install a replacement combi boiler. Had a great experience from the initial meeting and assessment with Paul to the installation by Shaun. Paul took time to explain all the options available and what would be best for my house. Shaun arrived to start the installation at the agreed time and explained all that would be done as well as how to operate the system. At the end of the day all the debris, packaging and old parts were taken away. Definitely a company I would use again.

Our GCH boiler was replaced 14 years ago and we had everything cleaned and flushed at the time. Over last winter we noticed the heating was underperforming and a couple of rad valves needed renewing, so we sought expert advice.

Paul arrived nicely on time to have a good look at things and discuss the options to power flush and replace valves etc. Given the age of the boiler, it was decided to take the cover off to be confident it would still be fully usable for the future and there were the telltale signs of corrosion and signs of small leaks found. Paul was clear and honest about our options and we opted to completely flush the system and replace the boiler along with the other works.

Their detailed quote arrived same day and the engineer arrived just after 8:00 a.m. as promised early the next week. Work progressed well but there were unexpected problems due to a surprise blockage and airlocks when refilling. These took some time and extra bits to fix, but the engineer was competent and polite, explaining everything and he made certain it was all fully working before finally leaving somewhat later than expected.

Despite all this, there was no increased cost for all his work and Paul ensured all the guarantee documents were filed and registered with the boiler manufacturer next day.

All in All, excellent service

Once again had our annual boiler serviced by AC Heating and Gas. Arrived punctually, really informative and explained a few things I should keep an eye on over the year in relation to my heating system. I would highly recommend them for their professional approach and friendly manner

We had our 23 year old boiler replaced for a combi. We were provided with a couple of quotes and a recommendation and Paul, knowing we had been without hot water and any water pressure for some time moved schedules around to accommodate so our work would get done nice and quickly. The team on site we polite, tidy, knowledgable and super professional. Here at 8am on the dot and just got stuck in to the work.

New boiler and central heating pump installed. Very happy with the service. At the quote stage Paul was very easy to deal with, knowledgeable and not at all ‘pushy’. Installation was on time as scheduled and Paddy was excellent throughout, happy to answer questions and there was no sense of him rushing. He stayed until he was happy that the system was fully working taking time to balance the radiators and explain the workings of the boiler and thermostat and ensuring everything was clean and tidy before he left. Would recommend and use again. Thanks!

My boiler was working but it was letting an awful lot of water out through the expansion pipe. I had thought it might be the heat exchanger which is under guarantee still but Sean found out that it was the small expansion vessel and the pressure release valve that needed replacing.
It was all fixed same day and the wife is again a happy bunny.
