Timely reminder of annual boiler service. Reliable and professional service.

I had a boiler failure early in the week with guests arriving from Canada the following weekend. The company managed to supply and install a new boiler within a few days and their installation staff were both excellent and efficient. I would thoroughly recommend this company

I’m extremely happy with the service I received from Acheatingandgas after having my new boiler fitted. From start to finish, everything was handled quickly, professionally, and with great care. The speed of the installation was impressive, and the team worked efficiently while still making sure everything was done to a very high standard.

They were friendly, reliable, and kept me informed throughout the whole process. What really stood out was the excellent after-sales service as well. They took the time to answer any questions I had and made sure I was completely satisfied after the installation.

It’s rare to find a company that delivers both great workmanship and genuine customer care, but they certainly did. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a trustworthy and efficient plumbing and heating company.

Like others who have reviewed this company, I have been very impressed by their levels of customer care and professionalism. Since moving to this house 5 years ago - new build - we have had our boiler serviced annually by Paul and his colleagues, and have nothing but praise for both the customer-facing and admin sides of the business.

I called this company, of which I have heard from friends yesterday morning , by 2 o' clock Paul attended and sorted the issue seamlessly. He was truly amazing and understood my situation immediately, my mum has Alzheimer, he was so professional and yet compassionate .I can't even start to expand on how grateful I am.

Nicola was very friendly and efficient and we received the quote quickly. Paul was very helpful when making our decision to use Amersham and Chiltern Heating and Gas and answered all our questions. The team installing the boiler arrived on time and were efficient and friendly. They left our utility room clean and tidy. We were very happy with the service we received and would definitely recommend.

The service provided by Jake (the gas engineer) was superb: professional, knowledgeable and very thorough, he took time to answer all my questions and to ensure all is well for another year. He was also very respectful of the property - e.g. wearing blue overshoes when he went upstairs. This was much appreciated. I will definitely be using AC Heating and Gas Ltd again. 11/10!

I received exceptional service from Paul, Shaun and Henry who changed my boiler and cylinder from a vented to an unvented system. I'd like to thank them for the fantastic service I received and for doing such a good job getting all of the work done. We have been using the company for many years now so did not hesitate to ask Paul to advise us when we needed to replace our boiler. The quote was quick to arrive and Nicola made every attempt to get our boiler fitted as soon as possible. Shaun worked solidly for two days to complete all the work needed.

Our old boiler packed up just before Christmas. We found this company on line and after a bit of juggling they said they could get us in before the 25th.
The guys arrived on time 8am and got straight on with the work. The first person to arrive was a lovely polite young man called Jake. He just got on with everything not even stopping for a break. Later Paul arrived to help with the heavy & more complicated bits. Both guys worked right through to about 4pm. Before they went they cleared up, I didnt even have to get a dustpan out. I would recommend this company to anyone, and the price was very good.

Had a new gas boiler and all our radiators flushed out. Paul was fantastic when he came round to do the quote, found a better solution than British Gas for the waste pipe that didn’t involve digging up our path. The two guys that came to do the work were both brilliant, very respectful, hard working and nice guys. We like to go with family businesses whenever possible and won’t find a better one than this. A great experience and would highly recommend them. We now have a toasty warm house, bills add lower and a quiet water pump. Left the house nice and tidy and quality workmanship, even changed the ballcick in the water tank as I mentioned we get drips out the overflow. 10 out of 10 from us.

I have used this company for two consecutive years for my annual gas boiler service. Appointments kept and on time, very efficient and courteous, and prompt follow-up with Safety Certificate. Also explanatory diagnosis given as what may be needed in the future. Will always use them again.
