I have used Smart Debit for a while now and even through the COVID-19 pandemic, i have received a great service and professional support. Running a company can be challenging at times and even in challenging times its always good to be with a company which make it easier for you. I recommend Smart Debit massively....you will not be dissapointed.

We have been using SmartDebit to process direct debit payments for a few years now and have never had a problem with them. On the few occasion we have had to contact them for help they have been easy to get hold of and dealt with our enquiries/problem quickly and efficiently. Online chat is really good and helpful.

I have used Smart Debit in one of my businesses for nearly 10 years now.

Their web based software is easy to use, and I have watched it grow from a very simple interface when I joined to the feature rich platform that it is today.

Because of their API we were able to integrate our software so we do not have to leave our system both for creating / updating instructions and submitting our monthly billing run for collection.

Their support is amazing on the odd occasion I have needed it, and they even worked with me to implement new functionality into their systems which made our work even easier.

If you need to collect direct debits, the choice is clear: Smart Debit - it ticks all the boxes.

Very pleased with the ease of use of the DD portal and am having to find a new supplier simply due to the limitation of DD amount they allow us from a single account. Highly recommend for a small or growing business.

I spoke with an agent named Kelly on the SmartDebit chat. I needed to pull a bespoke report which couldn't be done through the website. I was replied to pretty much in an instant with how to manipulate the filters to pull a report. Although the report was not what I needed, Kelly had already contacted the technical advisers to help me make this report. I received an email version of the report within minutes! Kelly was friendly, very knowledgeable and handled my request with efficiency, care and understanding. Normally weary of online chats where you speak to a robot who cant piece out your request, human communication is key!! Thank you so much for a quick, and frankly, enjoyable experience.
