Initial contact was easy and communication has been brilliant. Only downside is you can only pay by bank transfer which for large amounts is an issue as you need to go into your branch and with Covid banks are now closed much more. Option to pay by card over the phone would be a real benefit.

After being denied treatment on the NHS due to their restrictive criteria and a realisation that it was highly unlikely that we would fall pregnant on our first round of IVF, Access offered us some financial security and hope. The process was quick in terms of getting a decision on the refund package we would be offered. Then Access were sort of in the background communicating with our clinic and therefore zero stress and the knowledge that we could go on to our next cycles. Lo and behold after 4th transfer from our 3rd round we now have our miracle baby x
