Quick Process. Payment plans.
The process was really quick to get the approval and the confirmation to start the treatment! I think they should have available more payment plans or allow customers to pay by credit card instead bank transfer, because the packages are very expensive and having those options could help more people with less resources.

Unfortunately payment is not possible by credit card as companies like mastercard and visa apply charges which would mean we would have to increase programme fees for all of our patients. Bank transfers on the other hand are free and help us to keep the programme fees as low as possible for patients.

I don't trust them anymore
I feel that Access Fertility are crooks. My partner and I spoke to someone about transferring our money over. We were told we would get 100% refund if we did not start treatment in the unlikely event we got pregnant naturally in our last cycle.
We were lucky enough to fall pregnant without needing treatment (can't believe it), but in the space of a weekend AF said that they're deducting a hefty admin fee. They said that there was nothing they could do and no way to complain.
We feel they take advantage of desperate want-to-be parents. They should have advised not to pay the money until our last cycle had finished. If we had, they would not have taken any money.
I hate to think what they're like further down the journey.

All of our patient advisors strive to provide excellent customer service and we always aim to meet the needs of our patients. However unfortunately there are costs our business does incur during the registration process. Therefore, the admin fee of £150 is there to help cover some of these costs and is only applied in the event of early withdrawal. We make every effort to explain this fee when patients sign up including on our patient portal and in our contract but following your feedback we will be sure to review these channels to make sure the information is as clear as possible.
Great customer service
Very easy service to use and the team are always available via phone or email. If I contacted them about a query I would get a response within the same day.
The process for applying was simple and the team were very open minded and excited about our IVF journey.
