Completely dreadful experience of this guy, won't use again.

Visited this place to do a video & to see what it looked like FROM ABOVE spoke to nigel explained what I was doing I was told it was not allowed & it was illegal to fly Dave (my 249g drone) I told him I was allowed he became very aggressive so in the end I educated him and told him TO GET BACK TO WORK

poor quality part, lasted 2 days, got one from Ali Express and far better made and still working at 3rd of price!

I ordered a replacement power adaptor for a Linksys mesh which arrived with the wrong connector. Nigel from AC Adaptors responded over a weekend and promptly dispatched the correct adaptor to resolve the situation.

Initially I received an incompatible power supply but after contacting them I immediately received a new one with extra connectors just in case without asking to return the wrong power supply.

Shipping was really fast. Great service and helpful people.
Highly recommend supporting independent business rather than buying from online retailers.

Awful company. Their response to complaints is not to try to resolve the complaint but to just reply that it's a "Fake Review".

Apart from Royal Mail screwing up the delivery by sending my parcel to the opposite end of the country, the adapter arrived in good order and was a perfect match for the one we’d misplaced.

Well now I know what the AC stands for in AC Adaptors. Purchased from these guys last week and within a day the adaptor stopped working. Contacted them to arrange an exchange and was told that unfortunately that wasn’t in their policy due to them being unable to assess the equipment it was being used with. Will never use again.

Poorly designed connection between the AC adaptor and supplied power cable. The cable would fall out with only a gentle wiggle. Seems like a good way to encourage a short down the line, especially with increased wear and tear. I emailed AC Adaptors and they’ve not come back to me. I’ll write off the 13 quid so you don’t have to.

100% accurate and real review. In response to the company, your generic fake review response in Trumpian all caps would be better invested in actual customer service.

EDIT: company still refuses to answer original email. Suspect they are running out of capital letters.

EDIT: my transaction was under order #239429 for SKU TROLD22+UK6-1024. The email was sent 15 June. Insulting your real customers is an interesting way of doing business. The ball is in your courts, All caps people. Real customer, real tired of your bluster.
