Poor design, no after sales service
Poorly designed connection between the AC adaptor and supplied power cable. The cable would fall out with only a gentle wiggle. Seems like a good way to encourage a short down the line, especially with increased wear and tear. I emailed AC Adaptors and they’ve not come back to me. I’ll write off the 13 quid so you don’t have to.

100% accurate and real review. In response to the company, your generic fake review response in Trumpian all caps would be better invested in actual customer service.
EDIT: company still refuses to answer original email. Suspect they are running out of capital letters.
EDIT: my transaction was under order #239429 for SKU TROLD22+UK6-1024. The email was sent 15 June. Insulting your real customers is an interesting way of doing business. The ball is in your courts, All caps people. Real customer, real tired of your bluster.

Urgently needed a replacement car…
Urgently needed a replacement car charger for video camera after original failed 2 days before holiday. AC Adaptors were able to offer a perfect match and shipped it for 9am delivery following day. Fantastic service and means I don't need to worry about camera goig flat while we are away watching wildlife. thanks guys, great service, highly recommended.

I am not fake I have emails and order requests if they don't know the difference between 4 pins and 6 pins they should sell something else
they refunded the money but as you can see they are trouble to work with
I bought an adapter from them via Amazon despite sending photos to prove I need 4 pin connections then keep sending 6 pin connections adapters they are useless don’t use them
I have prime but they make you pay to return the wrong parts they sent

Fantastic customer service
After struggling to find the correct replacement adapter for an old wireless camera we had, we contacted Jon who after a couple of photographs quickly thought he knew what we needed. A quick order and very fast delivery and our camera is now working again! Overall, fantastic customer service and highly recommend.
