I made a purchase 10 days ago. It took them 10 days to arrive. I specifically ordered 39 1/3 and they brought me 38 2/3. Im so furious.. instead of telling me they dont have the number they chose to lie and bring me the wrong model.

I made a purchase early days of September. The item that arrived was wrong, i made a return and a month later there is still no refund, i called customer service and for the past two weeks are trying to find the courier. No news yet and still waiting.

The delivery was fast, the boots I ordered were lovely but didn't suit me so I had to return them. Return was also easy and I got my money back faster than other retailers as ASOS and Mango outlet

Everything was perfect and quick

It proved to be a trustworthy company in pretty much every aspect so far. Items are as described, most of sizes available , proposals are very closed to my likes, packages arrived almost always in logical timeframe, plenty of items to chose from and good prices. Retail stores are far more expensive

The shipment was supposed to be delivered on the day I am writing the review. The shipment is still in Germany, has to go to Greece after and then to Cyprus where I am located. They have no idea on the status of my shipment or the date it will be delivered. Furthermore, there is no refund or compensation for the delay! Well there are better shopping experiences online to choose from next time! Happy closing-down about you!

nice deals and easy to return things u dont want

More than 1.5 months ago, I tried shopping on aboutyou.gr. At the very last step, the site informed me that my purchase was unsuccessful - but to my shock, I was charged anyway, without ever placing an order.

Since then, I've tried every possible way to get my money back, but nothing works. After countless emails and even a phone call, they finally admitted the issue, promised me a refund, and even sent me a link to provide my IBAN details. Yet here I am, 3 weeks later, still waiting with no refund.

Their communication is painfully slow, their customer service is unhelpful, and their promises mean nothing. I feel cheated and ignored. My money - and my card - are clearly not safe with them.

I will never buy from this company again, and I strongly warn others to stay away!

UPDATE 24.09.2025: My issue still has not been resolved. Nobody has contacted me, and no action has been taken from their side. I have therefore escalated the matter to MasterCard for resolution. Not even a single apology or sign of concern has been offered — it feels as if I don’t exist.
UPDATE 09.10.2025: - Nothing has changed. Nobody has contacted me. Their comments here are useless and just a facade
UPDATE 29.10.2025: I won my case against Aboutyou.gr with MasterCard, and they refunded me my money after 3 months. WHAT A SHAME

I am very happy with ABOUT YOU, because it has a wide variety, good prices and good offers.
It has experienced and very helpful staff in case you need help.
All the products I have purchased are of very good quality.

Three weeks since I had the misfortune of ordering from this company.
I never received the order, they never gave me an explanation and they never refunded me.
Stay away.

Update: More than five weeks later, I finally got my money back for the order that I never received.
The shop blamed the courier and the rude courier told me that the shop never sent anything.
Overall a super unpleasant experience.
