Very happy with the waterproof parka. The quality is great, it’s stylish, and truly waterproof. Delivery took 10 days, but the item arrived in perfect condition. I would recommend this product.

So I ordered a pair of boots from the eshop and the delivery was just fine,BUT as soon as I opened my package there was a piece of paper that said "defective item" and I only needed few seconds to realise that the boots indeed was defective.I was so disappointed because these kinds of items were never meant to leave the warehouse.So I filed a return request for my package the same day and tried to speak with the customer service.The customer service was horrible!There was either the option of an AI generated service that couldn't answer to my specialised questions or to wait for about a week so human representative could reach you and tell you sorry on behalf of ABOUT YOU.The weeks pasted and i didn't hear from them,so i emailed them again so i could have my refund.After a looong time they answered to my mail telling me that for these kind of returns i would have to wait up to 6 weeks for my money. That's crazy coz there's not stated anywhere in the company's policy that refunds can take up to 6 weeks,they claim that it only takes up to 2 weeks.
And here we are today,5/1/2026,and i have still no updates from ABOUTYOU,I tried again to contact with the customer service and they had the audacity to tell me that they got my package on 27/11/2025 and they haven't even looked at it since then and to wait till Thursday which is the day when 6 weeks will have past.
In conclusion TERRIBLE SERVICE!

Έκανα την παραγγελία μου στις 7 Δεκεμβρίου. Έλεγε παράδοση 12-16. Το ήθελα για δώρα Χριστουγέννων. Όταν πέρασαν οι μέρες πήρα τηλέφωνο. Μου είπαν το φορτηγό κόλλησε στα σύνορα και δεν ήξεραν πότε θα έρθει. Μου είπαν σίγουρα έρθει ως τα Χριστούγεννα. Όταν πέρασε άλλη μια εβδομάδα ξαναπήραν τηλέφωνο. Η αγενής υπάλληλος μου είπε ότι δεν υπάρχει περίπτωση να τα.εχω πριν τα Χριστούγεννα και ότι το φορτηγό είναι ακόμα σταματημένο στα σύνορα. Ζήτησα να μιλήσω με κάποιο υπεύθυνο και μου απάντησε ότι δεν έχει κανένα διαθέσιμο. Της είπα θέλω να μιλήσω με τον ιδιοκτήτη της σελίδας. Μου λέει θα αφήσω μήνυμα και θα σας πάρουν. Ακόμα περιμένω. Τελικά ήρθαν 31 Δεκεμβρίου χωρίς καμία ενημέρωση. Η χειρότερη σελίδα και η χειρότερη εξυπηρέτηση πελατων

Placed an order 1rst of December 2025. its 29.12.2025 Still not delivered. Courier doesnt not respond to phone calls. After long waits (30 minutes and more) they redirect you to another phone. About you refuses to refund or cancel order although ita past Christmas time. Total waste of time and money .

I recently purchased a pair of Adidas shoes. They arrived in a generic craft-paper box instead of an original Adidas box, and they didn’t have a proper Adidas tag. The only tag included was a simple card with the size, some basic cleaning instructions, and the word “originals" printed on it. and Nothing that looked authentic.
When I contacted customer service to ask about this, the representative addressed me in the informal singular form in Greek, which felt unprofessional.
I ve heard same stories about adidas products again, but this time it my turn to find out..
Too bad I cant post photos in the review. This product is 100% non authentic.

about you Greece, dont buy again! still waiting the refund, over a month. Unprofessional customer service.

Scammers stay away from this company.
I placed an order on November 15th. It was supposed to be delivered within 21-24/11 and never did.
I contacted the wannabe called “Customer Service” and I received an automated message that due to heave workload my shipment was delayed.
This is a complete lie because they have notified me 2 days after I placed my order that it was shipped and provided a tracking number.
Most probably a fake one since the delivery company doesn’t track the specific number. It is listed as “shipped not found”
Contacted the customer service 3 times so far and I never received a clear answer or my order. I clearly asked cancellation of the order and a refund but they claimed that they can’t since my order is shipped!!!

Πρώτη φορά το δοκίμασα με και τα λεφτά δεν έχουν επιστραφεί μετά από 25 ημέρες. Θα έλεγε κανείς απάτη. Η εξυπηρέτηση πελατών λέει συνεχώς το ίδιο ποίημα. Μακριά δεν το συνιστώ σε καμία περίπτωση.
