I recently ordered artificial flowers from Abigail Ahern and was really impressed. The quality is excellent – the flowers look incredibly realistic, with beautiful colours and attention to detail that make them look far more expensive than they are. They add a lovely touch to my home and are some of the best faux flowers I’ve purchased.
Delivery was also very quick, and everything arrived well packaged and in perfect condition. Overall, a fantastic experience from start to finish. I would definitely recommend Abigail Ahern to anyone looking for high-quality artificial flowers and stylish home décor.

POOR customer service!
We love the Abigail Ahern collection and the quality of the products, which makes this review even more disappointing to write.
Unfortunately, we have placed several orders and experienced problems with missing items on more than one occasion. What has been most frustrating is the lack of effective customer service.
There appears to be only one person handling customer enquiries, and the responses often feel automated and do not address the actual issue being raised. There is also no customer service phone number, so it is impossible to speak directly to someone when a problem occurs.
It is such a shame because we genuinely love the brand and would have continued to purchase regularly. However, after repeated issues and poor communication, we have sadly lost trust in the customer service experience.
We hope the company improves its communication and support, as the products themselves are excellent.
