Great light
Great light, a deep warm orange. I did hestate that being orange it would be too bright, but the colour is perfect. Just waiting for another lamp to be back in stock and I'll be back for that one too. fast and efficient service. Thank you

Disappointing Service
Placed my first order 12th June. Money taken from my account within a day or 2. Received an email 15th June saying order was on its way. So far everything appeared efficient.
However, as of 27th June my order hasn’t arrived. I contacted customer services 3 times for an update on my order. The first email, they replied to say they were checking their warehouse. Further 2 emails haven’t been replied to so I don’t know the status of my order.

Lovely people, but ghastly product
Lovely people.
But the product was badly manufactured and somewhat dangerous because they are so brittle
Smell was ghastly too.

Great product but inaccurate website description
The chair is really nice, but it seems a bit strange that it wasn't mentioned anywhere in the website description that it's mounted on a metal spinning base. It seems like a pretty key piece of information not to include. Still, we like it and will keep it, despite the surprise!
