Great goods with service to match
Abask was one of few places that had the crystal vases i was looking for. They dispatched them the same day i ordered them and were super consistent with their updates.
I loved that they packaged them properly as I've had disappointing experiences with outlets mishandling delicate goods. The personal note that came with them was also a nice touch!

Packing tape should be changed
The brown packing tape used on the packaging had a criss-cross pattern of fibreglass reinforcing. When the tape is cut or torn to open the parcel, the fibres are released and can be inhaled, which can damage the lungs. This can affect your customers and also your employees who are packing. The use of this tape deters me from buying more from Abask

Great service
The table linen we ordered from Abask is beautiful. It was shipped almost immediately and when it got stuck in customs Abask immediately reembursed our shipping costs (without us even asking to) and was extremely helpful until we receieved our order. Great shopping experience!

Best online shopping experience
I needed to track down and quickly receive some difficult to find glassware. I reached out to ABASK customer service and was lucky enough to reach Mikhail. He was incredibly helpful and informative, assisted with the order placement, and he checked in consistently throughout the shipping process to keep me updated. And even offered to help with the shipping issues with another retailer! This was honestly the best online shopping experience I've had in years - better, more personalized and professional customer service than I've received in luxury brick and mortar stores. I will be ordering from ABASK again.

HOWEVER
as a number of products are sourced from EU countries it ends up being extremely expensive when ordering from another EU country.
The taxes I assume add a large % from the original product. This can easily be cross checked online
