Brought the sg907 drone less than 4 weeks ago and it didn't come with the spurs, first time using it the camera didn't work on the Bottom but next time it did then today the 3rd time I used it I pressed the home return button and the app froze and the drone just flew off didn't matter what you did with the cortols the drone just carried on flying until you couldn't see it anymore and now I have no drone bit enjoying when they advertise the drone as a no lose drone and will allways come home ( thats a lie)
Contacted A1 to say I wanted Somthing sorted as this went faulty nothing to do with me but all I got back was about 20 messages of abuse threatening me with Chinese people he knew in the UK..
All so sent me messages saying the UK people are very poor in this pandemic and all I am is a poor guy.
Ive had several messages calling me poor and I should stay in home and he's reported me to the hong Kong government and the UK police and if I leave back feedback he will get me sorted.
Please don't buy off this company as your regret it I've kept all emails for proof as its threatening behaviour.
Let's hope PayPal sorts this as £120 is a lot of money to lose

Order another item from A1, quick delivery and good value for money. With the good customer service, I feel more confident to order from A1. Strongly recommended.

Why do I have to return a faulty drone to China when I purchased it in the UK. when received 4 buttons was on the wrong side from each other and upside down and One battery did not work, out of 3. PayPal intervened but sided with A1smart shop side. avoid this company if you have a fault you will have to send it back to China at your expense and will probably say it didn't get there or in the condition from New and you only may get 50% back or less.

I ordered a drone from this company a month ago and the camera gimbal stopped working so I emailed them and they didn’t even know the facts about the product, and after awhile of messaging back and forth with them they called me a liar because apparently I can’t read how much it was going to cost to ship it out to them, I highly recommend that you do not use this website or any of their other ones as they have no respect for their customers and would not compromise on anything you suggest. Absolutely useless

My order never arrived, they were supposed to resend another one, after a month, still nothing. They sent me a tracking number that wasn't working, I asked to have the correct tracking number, they said ok but never sent it to me.
When complaining about how unprofessional this was and asking for a quick delivery or a refund, they said "no need to chat with you for this little amount of money".... Well that's a curious way of talking to customers !
I got a refund but I needed the item for a trip, and never got it... how disappointing.
Update : after posting this review I received this from them : "you go to hell **** off,, I **** you as hole.."

Horrible company. Bad service. Sent the wrong item. Sent the headphones back, still havent received a refund. Had abuse sent to me online via emailing from their staff. DO NOT USE THIS SITE.

I ordered a drone off these gangsters and it arrived late and faulty. Was promised a replacement part was being sent on numerous occasions but was a lie. And then with no trust as I was lied to on numerous occasions, they wanted me to post the item back to China at my expense. Even though it was from a German website I bought the product. It’s guy like these that give buying from the web a bad reputation. STAY WELL AWAY.

Die im Internet abgegebenen Bewertungen über a1smartstore hätten mich von einer Bestellung abhalten müssen. Ich Döskopp habe trotzdem wider besseres Wissen dort etwas bestellt und es im Nachhinein bereut. Zuerst gab es irrtümlich drei verschiedene Sendungsverfolgungsnummern für ein und dasselbes Produkt, dann ließ sich die Lieferung wochenlang auf sich warten und zu guter Letzt wurde auch ein Teil von der Bestellung falsch geliefert. Die Kommunikation mit dem Kundenservice war suboptimal, meine Fragen bzw. Beschwerden wurden schlicht nicht zur Kenntnis genommen. Nope, einmal und nie wieder.

L'anno scorso ho acquistato uno smartwatch da questo sito ad un buon prezzo, considerando che a detta loro veniva spedito dalla UE e sarebbe arrivato in massimo 10 giorni. Ovviamente spedito dalla Cina, arrivato dopo quasi un mese, il venditore diceva di fidarmi di lui, che era serio e non mi voleva truffare... ok, arriva dopo un mese questo agognato smartwatch.
Dopo nemmeno un anno la batteria si rompe, lui dice che non può fare nulla e che la Xiaomi non ha garanzia, nonostante abbia 1 anno di garanzia.
Decine di email, sempre la stessa risposta, sempre dicendomi di guardare le linee guida del loro refunds dove parla dei classici 30 giorni ecc ma di garanzia nada.
EVITATELO COME LA PESTE, fidatevi.

I ordered some huwawei earbuds for £51.

They were advertised as being 'shipped from uk' but they took 12 days to arrive. The seller responds to communications but cannot evidence shipping until the item lands in UK.

The seller provides you with a Royal Mail tracking number but the item is not trackable until it arrives in UK, which is basically a day before it is delivered to your door.

So i was quite nervous that this was a fraud, right up until the item was delivered (I assume they are being shipped from china.

The product came with Chinese packaging and was clearly destined for the Chinese market; the seller is obviously re-selling these into europe.

On a positive note the earbuds were very high quality and they are definitely genuine, so overall i am pleased, however the seller should make the shipping time and shipping location clear to buyers.

I guess they are afraid that it will drive customers away.

All in all, I would use them again and i would recommend them based on my experience.

Just be aware that the deliver time is likely to be around 12 days.

I bought a huawei honor watch on this site at a great price, the delivery time were respected and when I had a problem with the tracking of the package the seller was very prompt and kind to solve it. I recommend buying on this site

Updated review . Very abusive. Parcel lost in mail. Tryed to get help from a1 smart shop but they would only answer with a tracing link and not answer any questions or help. Paypal claim submitted. I have now had a writen answer from a1 smart shop. Given the language used i can not repeat on here but had f's and surgestions of things i should try to do to myself. Royal mail have also informed me the reason i did not get my parcel and it seems lost is because 2 extra didgets were put at the end of my postcode and no space either even though it was correct in confirmation of order email.

Ordered a drone, it arrived well packaged and delivered in 10 days. Tracking number supplied after about 5 days. Website easy to use and order from, and at the lowest price.

I did order 2 items from eu store , sent a message to explain i needed the tracking number since i where in a rush , seller told me yes i will uppload the numbers and i asked about where they are shiped from it was 100 % eu . so today i got the number to track the items are in china atm . I asked and mailed the store atleast 4 times and where lied to . My best guess in all orders are expressed shipped from china and there exist non of the stores listed when you order . i do not even know if i ever will see this items or get custom tax . I ordered a Poco M3 on the 27th of March. 10 days later I received an email saying that "my courier cannot post the mobile phone to your address due to the pandemic".
In fairness there was a bank holiday in this timeframe & the seller refunded me immediately but disappointing nonetheless.
Be aware of this issue if you have an Irish address.

I was impressed with the saving on the drone. Bought it then read the reviews which initially caused me some concern. I need not have worried. The drone arrived few days later, more than happy with this service from this company and will consider using them again. Need to exercise a bit of patient and faith with all that is going on.
