Fast delivery , unit working well

I’ve ordered from here before and had no issues but this time I ordered a camera with film for £30 and emailed 5 days after just asking when I could expect it.

I got a rude response saying
‘A ctually, our shipping policy is already showing it clearly the delivery time on my website and
it does not have any hidden the shipping policy and misleading, please check this clearly:
( sent website link?
and the estimate delivery time is still not yet expire ,
please trust me and please keep patient in waiting is OK, ’

To which I just stated it was a rude response and It had been over two working days and I just wanted the tracking number it said they provided cos I hadn’t had an email

He then just responded would you mind if i refunded you if you feel that way.

Then before I responded he immediately refunded it, confirming it hadn’t been shipped. No apology, no wait for consent.

I just said back well I wanted the item I just wanted the tracking number I didn’t want a refund.

So not sure why he handled it like that, I was just enquiring for shipping information, got rude replies and my order cancelled so maybe order with caution especially if you were expecting it within a time scale as this was a gift and left me cancelled 5 days later without my consent- he apologised after and said he didn’t want me to think I had been scammed which is understandable and nice however I never thought that and just wish he had waited for my reply before just cancelling my order

I have deal with this vendor for about 3 years. He is honest and reliable. Fast shipping. Buy with confidence. Highly recommended.
