Great Service as per Usual
I have been using 8mart for a few years to mainly purchase from Mercari (and ship to Singapore) and their service has always been great! They are fast and hassle-free, especially for Mercari items that can be purchased immediately through the website. It helped me to buy items that could be sold out in a few minutes immediately. They ship my parcel out quickly too. Highly recommended!

8mart continues to be very patient and efficient with helping me find and purchase the items I want! The first time I used 8mart was to buy specific anime/game merch that I otherwise could not get here, but it's gotten to the point where I've also requested things like special glasswear, makeup, and hair products over the years. I often feel bad when requesting specific items or asking them to help me find something because I feel like I'm being troublesome, but they've always responded promptly, politely, and patiently.
