Bezproblemowa reklamacja (już druga), a nawet zwrot pieniędzy

Zareklamowałem po 3 tygodniach
kupioną bluzę North Face Stormgap ,gdyż suwak przy zamku głównym się przekrzywił.
Reklamacja załatwiona pozytywnie po 3 dniach.

Zamówiłem paski mocujące, które były mi niezbędne na wyjazd wakacyjny. Jeden z pasków przyszedł porysowany i w jednym miejscu przypalony(?!). zaproponowana rekompensata to 10% (4.5zł). Przy próbie negocjacji stwierdzili że więcej nie mogą bo będą stratni. Niestety odesłanie nie wchodziło w grę z racji że tego samego dnia wyjeżdżałem na ww urop.

Nie wiem dlaczego ten sklep jest tak popularny w Polsce. Mój pierwszy zakup, kupiłem buty CMP Elettra Low WP - fango. Na zdjęciach sklepu są brązowe a przyjechały do mnie szare. Dział reklamacji tłumaczy różnicę ustawieniami mojego monitora... poważnie?? Dla chętnych, możecie sobie na stronie 8a zweryfikować czy nie macie ślepoty barw. Pierwszy i ostatni mój zakup w tym sklepie i ta słodka opinia pójdzie po wszystkich moich znajomych. Także możecie sobie bić brawo 8a.

Product arrived with very damaged packaging, it looked like it was used before and re-packed. Customer service did only offer return (which was not helpful, as the product was urgently needed as a gift), but not a small discount.

I ordered a down jacket during the Black Friday sale for a really good price. I was satisfied with the shipping; it arrived quickly. The jacket doesn't show any defects, and everything went great.

Bardzo szybka przesyłka, dzisiaj zamówione, jutro w domu. Niepasujące buty zwróciłem też bez najmniejszego problemu.

I will no longer buy equipment from this e-shop. They rejected my complaint, while the product is clearly defective. In addition, the complaint lasted more than a month. If I will buy anything from them, it will only be clothes.

Świetne obsługa klienta, rzeczowo potrafią odpowiedzieć na większość pytań. Doradztwo nie oprate na wciskaniu drogiego sprzetu tylko na dostosowaniu do potrzeb. Fajne rabaty i szybka dostawa

Horrible in every respect.
I ordered from a local branch of this site in another country. I had to return the product because it was faulty.
First of all, I had to pay for postage. Second, it took them 7 days to send the product to Poland from their local warehouse. Third, it turned out today that they are in a 38-day delay with registering returns! (!!!) And even after registering my return it is "usually" 5 days until they transfer the money back. (???) So it is at least 2 months until I get my money back, if I get it back at all.
Do yourself a favor, avoid this scammy site.

First, they don't include a size chart for their products, which is especially bad as some of the products they sell are sized differently as usual. Of course this is also the fault of the brands they sell, but as this site sells these products, the site owner should make their customers aware of size differences. I have worn shoes size 37 for over 20 years now, without exception this size was good for me, except for the shoe I ordered from here - which should have been sized 36.5.
Second, they don't replace wrongly sized products, so if you want to return it, you have to pay for posting. It takes a long time until you get the money back.

Returns take forever and you also have to pay for postage. My fault here as I should've checked the guideline for returns. I ordered few items from 8a.ro and 1 of the items was the size I ordered (S) but way too large for an S. I had to send the parcel to a different city, from there it will be collected by a different courier and sent to Czech Republic. I find the entire process very long and very unpleasant.
Yes, everything it's cheaper than on other sites, but if you have to return something not so cheap and simple, not to mention the 14 days you have to wait to get your money back from the day they receive your parcel...so all together 1 month waiting time for a refund. Honestly I rather pay a little extra for the products and have a free and easy return in the future, if needed.

They (8a.hu) refunded my money back when I sent back a large shoes a bit later, after 14 days. Therefore I gave them my respect and a 5 stars.

Was skeptical about 8a initially as I stumbled upon their Slovenian web store. After much research, I gave in and ordered an item. I received it quickly and without issues. Ordered once more from them after that, same thing. For now, very pleased with their service, as their items can be bought at a favorable price.

nie mozna zareklamowac towaru :D wypelnilem i wyslalem forumularz reklamacyjny i...... nic. Nie dostalem potwierdzenie zlozenia reklamacji ani formularza reklamacyjnego. Obsluga sklepu na czacie mowi ze zgloszenie jest, ale forumlarz nie jest wyslany i zebym sie "uzbroil w cierpliwosc" bo formularze sa wysylaczne recznie(sic). zenada po całoci i od samego poczatku proces reklmacyjny specjalnie utrudniony.

Reklamacja = dramat

Przebieg reklamacji dramatyczny, najpierw w ogóle jej nie można złożyć bo czekanie na formularz sprzedawcy trwa 5 dni. Odrzucona w 14 dniu bez podania jakiejkolwiek przyczyny. Podobno wysłany towar do producenta.
Buty w ciągu 1,5 miesiąca od zakupu pękają wzdłuż szycia. Odmowa przez sklep jest niezgodna z Ustawą z dnia 27 lipca 2002 r. o szczególnych warunkach sprzedaży konsumenckiej oraz o zmianie Kodeksu Cywilnego (Dz. U. 2002 nr 141 poz. 1176 z późn. zm.). gdzie przy sprzedaży konsumenckiej przewiduje się specjalną ochronę dla osób, które reklamację złożyły w terminie 6 miesięcy od dnia wydania towaru. Jako kupujący korzystam z domniemania niezgodności towaru z umową, istniejącej już w chwili wydania, co oznacza istnienie odpowiedzialności Państwa jako sprzedawcy. Fundamentalną zasadą prawa cywilnego jest, że, obowiązek udowodnienia spoczywa na osobie, która z danego faktu wywodzi korzyści dla siebie. Do tej pory sklep nie przedstawił żadnej wiarygodnej ekspertyzy co do reklamowanych butów. Dodam, że wada ujawniona w terminie 6 miesięcy od dnia wydania towaru, a zgłoszona w terminie 2 m-cy upoważnia kupującego do korzystania z domniemania niezgodności towaru z umową, która istniała już w chwili wydania towaru.

Odradzam sklep z całego serca, szkoda.
