schlecht, habe bezahlt und keinen Zugang bekommen. erst nach ewigen hin und her. erstatten wollte man nicht. und für die verlorenen tage gabs keinen Ersatz. nie wieder

Hab mich heute da angemeldet weil ich eine bestimmte ersatzteil nummer für mein fahrzeug benötigt habe nach zahlung des Monatsabo habe ich dann nach entschlüsselung festgestellt das die das falsche fahrzeug entschlüsseln.
hab dreimal die fin neu eingegeben überprüft und wieder das falsche fahrzeug.

Fahre laut denen eine Golf 5 6 gang schalt getriebe Ohne klima diesel mit 100 PS

tatsächlich fahre ich nen Golf 5 1,4 16v mit 75 PS klima und Benziner.

1 Stern war schon Zu viel

At that point, it became clear that 7zap is perfectly willing to charge people for information it doesn't actually provide. Paying for a subscription turned out to be a complete waste of money.

To make matters worse, I immediately requested a refund and received absolutely no response. No explanation, no assistance, no acknowledgment—nothing.

If you're considering paying for 7zap, don't. Save your money and your time. There are free alternatives that provide the same information, often more completely, without charging users for missing data and poor customer service.

Encontré perfectamente la referencia de la pieza que necesitaba para mi coche, está WEB me ayudó mucho, pues no encontraba la pieza adecuada en otras aplicaciones y aquí la encontré.

The 7zap website gives the impression that it reliably finds the right spare parts. Unfortunately, it displays incorrect data, rendering the program unusable. Therefore, do not subscribe!

Don’t ever subscribe to this website. The menu you are supposed to use to cancel suscription is wilingly broken, and they don’t answer to emails. Blocked the payment through the bank, and spam flagged the payment failed notifications email. Still wondering how to cancel it completely so they don’t try to charge the bank. STRIPE DO YOUR JOB!

They make it very hard to cancel the subscription. Such scummy business practices shouldn't be rewarded. Stay away from them.

J'ai utilisé les services gratuits de 7zap et j'ai voulu m'abonner au service premium à 89 euro par année.
J'ai lu les conditions générales. Le prix de l'abonnement est prélevé automatiquement par 7zap et reconduit tacitement d'année en année. Le contrat ne peut être résilié que par écrit par la seule voie possible, la boîte mail du site, parfaitement inutilisable.

I used a free plan for years. For my Seat and VW that's the best parts catalog I've ever found. I mean, if some other catalogs claim weird things, the final resolution is always in 7zap. Maybe sometimes some information is missing or ambiguous, but It's never incorrect.

I tried the paid plan, and finally I can use the full functionality that it provides.
