Have to return

I ordered size 7.5 but it was too large, so I requested for a return. The customer service is friendly. They offered me option to exchange, and answered all my questions, but it took extra days to email back and forth due to the time difference. I hope they will have an email or phone number to reach out during US hours. Besides, be aware that you need to pay an extra shipping fee for the return instead of a deduction from the refund. Finally I shipped the return out, and I am still waiting for the refund. Be careful with the size when making your purchase to avoid troubles with returns.

Update - I got the refund, and it didn’t take too long. Glad to know that the shipping cost can be deductible from the refund now.

Terrible customer’s service and unreasoble demand

Based on my experience, I would give zero star. I order a pair of shoes. 7 or 9 delivered me a pair with wrong size. I sent email and proof of the wrong delivery to 7 or 9 by email, and asked for return the order, on Oct 14, 2023 as soon as I noticed the problem. Until today, Oct 21, 2023, I have not yet received any response. Although I sent a follow up email on Oct 17, 2023. The service and the way 7 or 9 dealt with customer ar horrible and unacceptable. After this post out, 7 or 9 demanded me to pay for delivery fee for getting a return label. What a unreasonable demand: 7 or 9 delivered shoes with wrong size to me. 7 or 9 should pay for its own mistake! But 7 or 9 want customer to pay its mistake! 7 or 9 refusing to provide me a return label! horrible purchase experience!

Free shipping, really?

Well. They said free shipping upon spending a certain amount. I did spent enough to get free shipping. But when my shoes were delivered, the delivery guy from 中通 (yea, they sent the parcel from China to me in Hong Kong) asked for hkd20 for delivering to a residential address. This was never mentioned or warned against on their website. I ended up having to pay the requested $20, otherwise I would have to pick up the parcel from somewhere far away.

The shipment takes too long. You just mentioned "standard shipping" when customers make a order. You should instead give an estimation time length before customers decide whether order or not.

Good product but poor return process

Product is good, but the refund and exchange process is too much of a hassle. They don’t ship the product in a box so you have to prepare the package yourself and pay for shipping. They need to improve the return service for customers because that is an important part of the business.

The return takes so long

The return takes so long. Back and forth emails and finally get my refund. I will not consider buying from 7 or 9 in the future. Just be careful!
