A Dishonest company who's product is not as advertised
4KFinder is clearly advertised as a software product that will download Netflix films in MP4 format to watch at a later date rather than use the Netflix complicated downloader. They also advertised a discount on their price.
They now admit that their software does not download Netflix films, only a clip. They also charged full price rather than the discounted one advertised.
When I asked for my money back they tried to persuade me to stay and finally paid only a partial refund. I am fighting this and if necessary will go through the PayPal channel to get my full refund.
Not a company that is honest.
