Couldn’t thank these guys enough, honestly made our drain problem on site stress free as we thought that our problem was going to be a massive brain ache. Also was out very quick and prompt!

Vic came on a call out the same morning after I had reported blockages in the building stack and waste coming up my bath and toilet. He was really helpful and very quick and resolving the issue and in advising the best way to clean, manage and keep an eye on issues in the future. I’m very grateful for his help yesterday!

Super fast service.

Vic came out to us within 15 minutes of the phone call (at gone 11pm) and sorted the blocked soil stack (toilet overflowing everytime any toilet in the house was flushed and/or taps/shower in bathrooms used)within 30 minutes. Did a good job. BUT the reason for the three star review was the cost of the job which I feel was on the expensive side (£150 plus VAT for camera to check the problem at the outset and £450 plus VAT to descale and clear blockage) seems very expensive to me - even accounting for late night emergency call out.

Vic was a very nice bloke and got the job done, but at an expensive price.

I contacted my insurance company with a blocked drain problem, they contract the work out to 3 Flow Drainage, within 2 hrs I had a guy called Scott come out to me who sorted the problem out
I have never had a company so efficient, Scott was very polite & friendly & explained where the problem was .I would throughly recommend this company

The only improvement needed with my experience of this company is in the price charged for a relatively straightforward job. £500 to unblock a pipe seems to me to be excessive.
Prompt response and on site within a couple of hours, Scott was a nice guy and offered sound advice to avoid future problems.
With hindsight I should have requested an idea of the likely price to unblock the pipe before they visited. Would probably have shopped around ( which I didn’t ) as the problem wasn’t one that demanded instant attention.
Job well done, Scott is a nice guy but an expensive experience.
