Got to be the best drainage company around

Nearly £10,000 worth of jewellery went missing while two Flow3 Drainage engineers were in my flat. No one else had access to my flat. I obviously reported it to the police.

We had an issue with a blocked drain impacting water usage in the property including the toilet. Daren from 3FlowDrainage arrived within the hour and very quickly identified a collapsed drain. He was very knowledgeable, professional and thorough. Booked us in for the next morning to insert a new section of the drain. Very high standard of work completed.

I called on a Sunday evening when a leak was found underground in my mum's garden, just hours before her funeral. A gentleman from 3 Flow was with us in a couple of hours, and the very next day 3 of them worked their socks off to fix the issue, with all the compassion, respect and understanding we needed at such a difficult time. By the time we were back from the wake, the leak was fixed and all was clean and tidy, as if no-one had been. As a family we are so grateful for 3 Flow Drainage and will definitely use them again if ever we have an issue.

I had a blocked toilet, Scott came out within 45 minutes and after a camera survey it was clear scale build up in the waste pipe was the main problem causing the waste matter to catch in the pipe and eventually block.

The scale was removed with a second machine with a chain attachment that spun around which broke up the scale and left the inside of the pipe relatively smooth and then a third machine, a jetter was used to break up the waste blockage, it seemed the blockage had probably been slowly accumulating for quite a while.

All in all Scott and another colleague were here for about an 1 hour 30 mins sorting this problem out.

This company so deserves a brilliant review. I contacted them as we needed a new sewage treatment system, rather urgently. They came to see me the same day and started immediately. We were only at home for two days, delightful men came to start, we then went on holiday and came back to the site left immaculately and all the work done. I cant recommend them more hightly.

Arrived immediately after call. House built in 1870 so very old drainage. Great knowledge, extensive equipment and did a great job. We had tree roots in drain plus some damage and 3 flow fixed and lined. They also helped with providing insurance company with a report which was accepted and paid in full.

Good company - recommend. Efficient initial visit follow though with quotation and repair. Recommended.

Having used another national company for what should have been a simple patch of an existing soil pipe, I ended up with a collapsed pipe and very poor rectification work. I contacted 3Flow and immediately felt reassured after a visit from Vic, he completed a survey and within a short space of time, the team were onsite completely removing the prior works and reinstalling a robust lasting solution, working around my house foundations with far greater care than demonstrated by the previous company. I learnt two valuable lessons, avoid national companies who emphasise their accreditations, and go for long established, local family companies. My thanks to Vic, Scott, Kai and Jacob.
