After receiving an incomplete item and requesting that I return it for a full refund they proceed to say it is possible but that they require photos of the packaging. After being sent the requested photos they then request more photos, which I send. The email correspondence goes on for best part of a month with me chasing for the returns info and them deflecting. They then force a replacement item on me after explicitly saying that I don't want a replacement. They then continue to say that a return for a refund is not the first step in resolving issues, which was not highlighted in any of the earlier communications.

They make any returns process as difficult as possible and I am not convinced the quality of the items they sell are worth the hassle in dealing with them.

Avoid.

Absolutely awful experience. Weeks for item to be delivered which wasn't at all what the pictures showed or as described. It also came completely broken due to totally inappropriate packaging. Cheap rubbish with zero communication from site. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING!

I ordered a storage device for the son's Xbox, arrived eventually and looks and feels like an empty black box of plastic. Plugged in to tell me I needed a faster USB cable which I bought and retried to be told the same. It's a scam, messaged Mando Home but don't expect a reply. Won't use them again.

A total load of rubbish, do not order anything from them. beware this is all fake goods !!

My parcel got lost at first which was annoying but support handled it well. They sent a replacement without making the process difficult and that made me trust the company more. The new order arrived fine and worked as expected.

I ordered last week and got a shipping email the same evening which was a nice surprise. The whole order felt smooth from start to finish. The product arrived safely and everything looked exactly like I hoped it would.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! I waited weeks for the item to be delivered, when it arrived is was just rubbish and NOT worth the money. Almost impossible to return as it has to go back to China although the company is registered on Belgium!!!!! Offered me 20% refund and I could keep the item but I don't want the item. However, the cost to return to China is more than the item cost. These people are crooks.

The design is what caught my attention first and it looks even better in person. It has a unique style without feeling too much. Shipping was quicker than I thought and the item was packed securely. I would happily order again.

This was one of those purchases where the full experience felt easy. I liked the design, the checkout was simple and the delivery updates were clear. When the package arrived the item looked clean and well made. It added a nice touch to my space without looking cheap. Good quality and no stress at all.

Didn’t expect the decorative piece to look this good in my room. It gave the shelf a cleaner and more finished look straight away. Delivery was on time, packaging was neat and the quality feels better than the price suggests. Very happy with how it turned out.

Ordered ornaments based on website which looked like quality item. What I received was a very poor quality plastic product from China.
Customer service only off a 20% refund and say can keep the item.
Pushed for a full refund and was told have to send back to warehouse in China, the item sits in customs for weeks and customer services refuse to contact their own warehouse to find out what happening.

Do not use this company you wait weeks for the item then when it finally arrives is total rubbish and you have been charged triple the amount the goods are actually worth. Avoid this company.

The decorative item I bought instantly upgraded my shelf display. Quality exceeded what I expected for the price couldn't ask for much moree😎

I have purchased an external hard drive and what i have received instead a piece of plastic with a fake micro SD Card sticked inside i contacted the customer support for a full refund and they only want to give you a fraction of the price so i will not recommend this site if you don't want to be cheated because they are fraudsters.

I wanted to purchase a hard drive for my computer, nothing fast or premium but something to just store excess files on while my SSD could handle the heavy load

What I instead recieved was a paperweight plastic rectangle that immitates a storage device, placing it into my computer has been problem after problem, and I could barely even send 2 small video files over to it, it even crashed my whole system and required a restart

The customer support was nice during delivery, though that is all I can say positive, unfortunately

As another reviewer said, they mark up items to £30, which while low for what its imitating, is far too high for the actual product you recieve in the mail days after.

Arrived a day earlier then expected which was a nice surprise.very very happy with my order.

Been sent a faulty item I cant get a refund first they I can keep the item for a 10% refund I refused. They then offered 20% discount which I refused. Next step is either citizens advice or trading standards to try get a resolution.
