3 Counties Surveying Ltd Omdömen

Fast and efficient survey, well explained in summary and in detail, thank you

Great end to end experience: prompt and clear response to my request for quotation, good communication throughout the process, comprehensive and well written survey.

Impressed by the level of detail in the report, efficient and timely communication throughout the process, and general helpfulness of personnel. Thank you.

Excellent service. Very rapid and fair feedback.

Very professional and responsive service to meet our tight timeframe

We recently used 3 Counties Surveying for a L2 homebuyers report. They were professional, personable and quick to respond to any queries. Liz our surveyor called us the same day as she visited the property to go over everything, and we had the report back within two days. Liz’s survey and report were very thorough. She identified a roofing issue which would have costs us thousands if we hadn’t been made aware of this. We were extremely grateful that we had chosen to use 3 Counties with Liz conducting the survey.

A very efficient, informative and helpful service

I found 3 Counties Surveying to be highly skilled and professional. They have a great attention to detail and their reports are thorough and comprehensive, providing me with all the necessary information i needed.

Their team is knowledgeable and experienced and very helpful and their expertise and dedication to their work make them a trusted and reliable company.

Professional and friendly. Would recommend Tony who was very knowledgable and patient with all my questions.

Every aspect of my experience with 3 Counties Surveying was excellent. Liz, who did my survey, was very thorough and her report detailed exactly what I should be doing before I completed my purchase. As someone who hadn't moved house in over 30 years this was extremely helpful. And thank you to Amanda for her arrangements and for keeping me updated. This company is a pleasure to deal with; expert, professional, helpful and friendly. I absolutely recommend them and would use again.

The survey report was thorough and explained well by Tony. Tony was easy to get hold of for further discussion and very willing to help. Great service

We have used 3 Counties twice in recent months and would recommend them very highly. They are incredibly knowledgeable and very efficient and helpful.

Great communication from Hayley and Tony. We received a summary call from Tony and a thorough survey report within 1 working day of survey. Would highly recommend this company.

Tony was extremely knowledgable, highly professional and very personable. Communication with Tony and Hayley was excellent throughout. Incredible service from start to finish.

Great communication from Tony and Hayley from initial phone call to provision of the survey. Tony called us after the inspection and gave us the headlines immediately, managing our expectations for the detail in the report. The report was thorough and self explanitary and we now feel confident in taking on a grade 2 listed property understanding what we need to do immediately, in the medium and longer terms. Thank you both!

Great administration and timely follow-up by Amanda who was extremely helpful on all phone calls and email correspondence.
Tony undertook the survey on time and produced the report within 24 hours which was superb!
All in all a thoroughly professional company who I would have no hesitation in recommending to future customers

Comprehensive report and immediate same day feedback over the telephone from Tony

Faultless service from the point of booking up until receiving the survey and subsequent follow-up questions. Hayley promptly arranged a mutually convenient time for the survey to be completed with the estate agent. Upon recieving the survey, Tony made time to answer any follow up questions and presented the information within the survey in a way that was easy to understand, especially as first time buyers. Would not hesitate to use again

Great service as always. This is the 3rd time we’ve used 3 Counties, process was fast and efficient and very happy with their work

Wish I could give 10 stars this company valued my house as part of a shared ownership sale few months back in that process they were AMAZING, giving us everything we needed in 48hours, and recently we needed a desktop extension from them within 24hrs and the team were more than happy to help pushing everything through, I cannot thank them enough *****
