We would highly recommend this brand and product! All the instructions were incredibly easy to follow with the video tutorial. Communication from the staff was very prompt and informative, and not to mention the sofa bed is the comfiest I have ever sat on both as a sofa and sofa bed! Would recommend this to anyone in the market to purchase a sofa bed.

Delivery service was well communicated and boxes were carried to our desired room.

The quality of the sofa is genuinely excellent, and I'm very happy with the product itself. It looks great and feels premium.
However, the overall customer experience was disappointing.
First, the delivery. Having a driver call me at 6:00 a.m. on a Saturday is simply unacceptable. The delivery arrived around 7:00 a.m., which completely disrupted my morning. I don't think that's a reasonable time to contact or deliver to customers unless it has been specifically agreed in advance.
Second, the assembly. Koala advertises the sofa as being quick and easy to assemble, but that was not my experience at all. It took me almost 5 hours to put everything together. The instructions could be much clearer, and the process was far more complicated than expected.
The product deserves five stars, but the delivery experience and misleadingly "easy" assembly unfortunately do not.

2.5 sofa bed, easy order process and delivered quickly.
There appeared to be an issue as unable to fit the cover. Contacted customer care who were amazing. Nick organised a Tech guy to fit the cover the next day. He failed too. However, two days later a duplicate cover was delivered, the Tech guy returned and all was well. Very happy with purchase. The customer service and regular contact from Nick was above and beyond expectation. I would definitely recommend sofa bed which is comfy and the customer service which was first class.

The company was extremely good at communicating delivery times and giving a slot for delivery. Delivery people were great, friendly and very accomodating. The sofa bed is fantastic, both as sofa and as bed. Very comfortable and good looking. what makes the bed function really great is that instead of having a thin mattress resting on a metal frame, the whole think unfolds diectly unto the floor so it's a very comfortable thick mattress. thoroughly recommend this company.

We absolutely love our sofa - it is exactly what we were looking for. It's very comfy. We were concerned it might be too small but it is quite spacious. The texture is lovely and we got loads of compliments on it.
The only thing is we didn't have an amazing experience with the delivery company but I know Koala is changing company now so this will improve. The Koala team was very supportive and helpful throughout everything.

The comfiest sofa ever, and my experience with customer care has been the best. I ordered the 3 seater sofa bed to have a kind size bed for our visitors but it was bigger than we planned so we asked for an exchange, Koala has been nothing but cooperative until the while exchange is smooth.
Also got the ottoman which is extremely soft cushiony

I purchased the King Size Koala Sofa Bed and I absolutely love it. It’s incredibly comfortable in both sofa and bed form, super easy to assemble, and effortless to switch between the two. The quality is excellent and exactly what I was hoping for.

This sofa bed is perfect for small or awkward-sized studio spaces like mine. I have a small studio room and this fits beautifully, allowing me to have a full-sized bed at night and then quickly switch it into a stunning, comfortable sofa during the day. It’s been an absolute game changer for maximising space without compromising on comfort or style.

While the delivery company itself was unfortunately very disappointing and failed to deliver my sofa for over two weeks, Koala’s customer service completely turned the experience around. Nick from Koala was absolutely amazing. He stayed in constant contact with me, keeping me updated every step of the way, and when it became clear the delivery company had let us down, he personally arranged to hand deliver a sofa to me.

Nick went truly above and beyond — calling me personally, hand delivering the sofa a week before Christmas, and even helping me bring it into my flat. I’ve honestly never experienced this level of care and support from a company before.

Despite the delivery issues (which I understand Koala is addressing), I couldn’t be happier with the product or the customer service. Huge thanks to Nick and the Koala team — exceptional service and a fantastic sofa bed, and I’ll be recommending this product to everyone! 👏🏼

After I placed my order I panicked and was concerned the company was a scam so I emailed the address on the website, and received a comforting email response almost immediately. Nick, the responder, kept in touch regularly. When the delivery failed to turn up, with no explanation and no communication for 2 days running, I contacted Nick, who I have to say, was fantastic. He chased to delivery company, and was in constant communication with myself and my husband. the sofa did arrive in the end, after 4 days waiting in, but Nick from Koala was brilliant. We felt supported and listened to, and he did go above and beyond, communicating early in the morning and well into the evenings and weekend.
The sofa itself is gorgeous - it was packaged in several boxes so very easy to manoeuvre into the upstairs room we wanted it in, and it was very easy to construct, with clear instructions and a very clever system of coloured tags to help get it right. All in all, thank you Koala, but get yourselves a new delivery company, who can actually do delivering.

I’m delighted with my Koala sofa bed. I was looking for a single bed, as I don’t have too much space. This is perfect. It looks great and is really comfortable as a chair, and is also super comfortable as a bed - my friend described it as sleeping in first class! Assembly is really easy and as it arrives in parts you don’t have to worry about fitting a pre-assembled sofa through narrow doorways or up stairs. Highly recommended and well worth the price
