We got a R4 modular sofa. While the ordering and delivery experience was positive, the sofa itself was uncomfortable and didn’t look as advertised (flat cushions, wrinkled fabric). My son likened it to “ sitting on wet concrete”, and it sums it up perfectly. The good news is the return process was seamless, and rove organized a pick up. There will be a $99 return processing fee, which is annoying but better than nothing. There will be an $99 processing fee; hopefully we will get the refund quickly. According to the delivery company, lots of this company’s sofas get returned… so beware.

I had to return my O2 Bed as it was not a firm fit with my Douglas mattress, and Kim helped me immensely and quickly to have the return started. Other than the fit, I really loved the O2 bed and I hope that rovelab is able to provide a product in the future with a snug fit, I will surely buy!

I purchased the king size 02 bed and absolutely love it! Great quality and even better customer service. Thinking about purchasing another for my spare bedroom !

I had a problem with the delivery date on my order. Probably the model I chose was low in stock, with many people choosing the same. I assume a system delay made my order part of the next batch, which pushed the delivery date further than I expected. Riley, the customer service representative who helped me, walked me through what happened, which wasn't anybody's fault. I was just unlucky enough to get the model that a lot of others also liked. haha
I wish we had customer services like this one in the government services. haha

I recently got the R4 Sofa from RAV-LAB and I’m honestly impressed.
The comfort is on another level — it literally feels like sitting on a cloud. The foam adapts to your body, so whether you’re sitting, lounging, or even lying down, it just feels right.

The fabric is super soft but still feels durable and high-quality, which I love. It’s also really easy to clean and looks perfect even after daily use.

One of my favorite things is how easy it was to set up — no tools, no stress, just unpack and enjoy. And the modular design makes it perfect for any space.

This sofa completely changed how my living room feels — it’s now my favorite place to relax. Definitely one of the best home upgrades I’ve made

If anyone were to ask me for a recommendation, I would confidently recommend Rovlab without hesitation. Their products are not only beautifully designed and high quality, but the customer service provided by their team is simply amazing.

The R4 is a unique piece that works wonderfully in both small and large spaces, making it easy to create an ideal interior design setup. Since the product is vacuum packed, it may take about a week for it to fully return to its original shape—but there’s no need to worry, as this is completely normal.

I would also highly recommend contacting their customer support team if you have any questions. They are incredibly helpful and will guide you through everything with great care.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience deserves one.

I ordered a Marshmallow sofa from Rove Lab at the beginning of March, based largely on what appeared to be reasonable delivery timelines. Only after placing the order did I find out that delivery would actually be pushed to the end of May — a delay that was never made clear upfront.

Trying to resolve the situation, I agreed to change the color of my sofa to one that was supposedly available sooner. This was a compromise on my end, purely to accelerate delivery.

A week later, with no updates, I followed up — only to be told that the delivery window is still… the end of May.

So to be clear:
• I did not get the color I originally wanted
• I made that compromise specifically for faster delivery
• And I am still stuck with the same unacceptable delay

This is not just disappointing — it’s misleading.

If delivery timelines are uncertain, be transparent about it from the start. Customers should not have to chase information or make unnecessary compromises based on inaccurate expectations.

At this point, the issue is not just the delay — it’s the complete lack of reliability in the information provided.

I would strongly advise future buyers to be cautious and not rely on the advertised timelines.

More than satisfied with RoveLab! As soon as it was delivered it has met and exceeded expectations.

Researched as much as I could before buying from an online store, took some convincing for my partner. But absolutely no regrets only validation in my decision.

It’s been nothing but comfortable. It’s so soft but supportive, everyone that sits on it was surprised and said so as well. Further validating my decision.

Such an easy couch to fall asleep on (also the cushions are amazing, didn’t realise I’d get cushions as well but they are so great).

Just want to note the efficient and quick customer service we had. I had a small warranty issue, and their team handled it so efficiently and without any hassle. It was literally so effortless. I wrote a email with some photo/videos one day and the next everything was resolved so much faster than I expected. It made the whole experience feel really stress-free and showed they genuinely stand behind their product.

Highly recommend RoveLab if you’re looking for a couch with great comfort, quality, and customer support!

Delivery was fast and accurate. I neglected to use an available discount code and asked if I could apply it after the sale and they let me do this. Will definitely buy again from Rove Lab.

I wanted to say thank you for creating an amazing product.

I was recently homeless with my children, lost my mom, then had to bring my daughter to Edmonton as she became unwell in the shelter in Surrey.

We found an accessible apartment, but it still isn’t Vancouver. (Our home)

I promised the kids I would buy nice furniture as I was able, and as we’ve had to move around a lot, finding your concept and design was appealing.

We received it within days, and I cried opening the boxes.

I’m not sure why nobody else hasn’t mentioned this in their reviews, but the heartfelt messages printed on each box really hit home. Each message was written it seemed for me, and I just wanted to say how much it meant to have something like that added to the carton of a product.

My next purchase will be for the kids bed frames. It just makes more sense to have something that is light, comfortable and doesn’t involve tools.
