Seemless process from booking to completion. Very happy with this service

It's a pretty simple service to set up, I like the idea of being able to book and pay at a later date. Everything is explained thoroughly and context was pretty quick. Now survey is going to take approximately 5 weeks so I'll see how that goes and my experience after that but so far I'd recommend them to anyone.

Jeremy explained how the process would work right from the point of booking, to providing a comprehensive survey and phone call to explain the relevant points. As a first time buyer this made one thing less stressful! Great experience, thank you.
