As a first time buyer, the whole process was easy to follow and incredibly transparent from beginning to end, and I was even able to download a sample report that had an explanation of everything that would be covered. I instructed NiSurv to carry out a Level 2 Home Survey and valuation. Immediately after I sent my initial inquiry, Jeremy spent time taking me through in detail what the survey would involve and what the report would contain.
