3 Counties Surveying Ltd Omdömen

Tony McKenty at 3 Counties Surveying is exactly the expert you need when evaluating a period property. His detailed insights and professional expertise were invaluable, helping us avoid a potentially costly mistake. The combination of a follow-up phone call later in the day and a detailed survey report enabled us to make an informed decision.

Quick response. Thorough report with follow up call. Written report followed. All queries answered. I feel confident with this company and was recommended to them.

I recently used 3 Counties Surveying Ltd for a house survey and was quite impressed with their service. The team was friendly and responsive, always prompt with their emails, which I truly appreciated. Tony and his colleagues provided a thorough and clear report with practical advice, and I found their common-sense approach to be very refreshing. Tony even called me immediately after the survey to discuss key highlights, a gesture I greatly valued. The process was smooth, with effective communication throughout. Although it took a while to schedule the survey due to their high demand, it was worth the wait. Overall, a solid performance that I would rate 4 stars!

We had great service from Amanda and Liz: very prompt in responding to queries; very friendly in the phone call after the survey, and a detailed and thorough survey document.

3 Counties Surveying Ltd undertook two surveys for us. Each time the communication was very helpful with quick responses to our e-mails.
The first survey saved us thousands of £££ that would have been spent solving a significant damp issue, so that was money well spent. Fortunately the second survey was less dramatic and gave us the confidence to proceed with the purchase.
After both surveys we had a conversation with the surveyors who gave a useful summary of their findings.
The reports were detailed yet easy to understand and were sent promptly.
We definitely recommend 3 Counties Surveying

Great service. Highly recommend.

I found Three Counties to be very efficient and helpful. They produced a detailed, readable and speedy report - the Survey took place on a Friday and it was delivered after the weekend on the Monday. And Tony was available to answer my questions on the report on the day of delivery.

Well organised company. Nice staff who do what they say they are going to do, when they say they are going to do it! Great communication and survey completed swiftly. Would recommend.

Recently had a Level 3 survey completed by Tony. The survey was in great detail and gave us a real understanding of the properties state.

Both Tony and Hayley were very friendly and were extremely quick with replies via telephone and email.

Would definitely recommend the business for anyone who wants efficiency and detail.

A quick turn round from the survey being carried out to us seeing the printed report was brilliant.

The service provided was friendly, helpful and professional. I am happy with the detailed report. I would recommend this company and would use them again.

We were very pleased with the service we received from 3 Counties Surveying. All communication was extremely efficient - and this includes the survey, which was also written in a very reader-friendly style. Thank you!

Very cooperative and responsive . moved date without fuss when we needed to. Liz rang after the survey to give me a summary before I got the report.

From start to finish, Tony and Hayley at 3 Counties provided an excellent level of customer service. The quality of the information provided was second to none and nothing was too much trouble.

I would highly recommend!

Friendly and helpful team, as a first time buyer this was a new process and they made me feel comfortable in asking questions. Communication was great and a thorough report was supplied. Great!

This company from the start were very helpful and understanding in what we wanted surveyed and how important certain aspects were, the survey was very comprehensive and easy to understand, I have phoned the company a few times since the survey to clarify certain items and these were dealt with and explained very clearly, I would recommend this company.

great service, efficient , fast and very friendly

A very easy contact and sign up process. Was given a date and time for the survey and it all happened without a hitch.

Friendly, responsive team who answered all our questions and provided a really thorough report. Emails always replied to promptly which was really appreciated!

Excellent service, clear detailed report with practical advice, and a really good common-sense approach to the survey. Tony and 3 Counties seem to be in demand - it took several weeks to book my survey, but I am glad I waited. Best thing is that Tony called me immediately after the survey to provide a verbal update of highlights. This is the first time I have experienced this quality of service from a surveyor - really impressive.
