3 Counties Surveying Ltd Omdömen

Really good advice and communications prior to the report. After the survey a very useful phone call which explained the issues and their implications. Report issued quickly and very comprehensive

Really pleased

Excellent service from the 3 Counties Team. Tony called straight after the survey to go through any highlights. The very comprehensive survey arrived a few days later. Would definitely recommend and use their services again.

Excellent customer service from Hayley and Amanda and a very thorough and complete survey by Tony. Have used them twice this year due to a property purchase falling through and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again. Thank you very much.

The 3 counties team have been really helpful. They fitted us in for a prompt survey date. Tony’s report was very detailed and we received it on time.

Everything about Three Counties has been fantastic - they made everything a smooth and easy process. Hayley was really quick to respond with a quote and getting us booked in. And Tony sent out the report promptly after surveying the property. Can’t fault them and would highly recommend.

Very smooth process to get a level 3 survey booked with Tony via Hayley. Both were very personable, professional and kept me informed throughout. My father worked in property for 40 years and said the survey I received was very thorough. I was able to follow up with Tony via phone and email afterwards. Allowed us to buy our house with great confidence!

Had a brilliant experience with 3 Counties Surveying. Amanda was amazing at getting the survey booked in and kept me updated throughout the process. My surveyor, Liz, was fantastic. Very thorough and gave a perfect overview of the property in a phone call after completing the survey. Will be recommending the team to friends and family.

We used 3 Counties Surveying for a building survey for the house we are purchasing. They responded very swiftly with a reasonable quote and carried out the survey within a fortnight. The report was provided a week later and it was clear and thorough. Thank you!

Thanks to the team at 3 counties for a fantastic service. Our survey had to be delayed slightly, but the team were upfront and proactive with their communications. They ensured that we received the report as quickly as possible despite the circumstances. We’d definitely recommend using their service. Thanks again!

We had a fantastic experience with 3countiessurveying. With being first time buyers, we needed a company we could really trust. Haley was really attentive, thorough and quick to respond. Tony was professional, helpful and approachable if we had any issues.
Thank you both so much!

Hayley & Tony were fantastic and their survey thorough. The team at 3 counties are very friendly, and are great value for money for the services they offer. We have used them twice on properties using both a level 2 and level 3. Both with a great depth of detail and the follow up phone call was very useful for added context.

We would highly recommend anyone to use 3 Counties Surveying.

Tony is really approachable as are his lovely team, thank you Hayley and Amanda, too, for supporting Tony and the great service you offer. Tony's report is easily readable for the layman and he's really gracious with answering questions and the verbal overview immediately afterwards is super helpful.

We recently had our building survey done by Tony and were really impressed with the level of detail and thorough research he put into the report. It gave us a clear and accurate picture of our future home. I’d definitely use his services again!

Great communication from the team along the way. We had a few delays and this was accommodated without a grumble. We had an issue with access and Tony went the extra mile to get the survey finished and reported back promptly. Thank you all!

Great service and worked around our schedule.

Used Tony a couple of times in the Bath/Frome areas for Level 3 Surveys. Produces a timely, accurate and concise report and is willing to discuss any issues found in the survey. Very good communication from the office team on timelines.

Friendly service and efficient with a good level of details in the survey

Swift and responsive, with clear communication throughout. The report we received was very detailed and thorough, and Amanda ensured us that she would answer any further questions we might have. Thanks!

We've had a great experience with 3 Counties. Hayley was very responsive in getting us booked in as quickly as possible and Tony was very thorough in his report, and talked us through it in the detail we needed as first time house buyers (and of a period property!). They gave us the confidence to raise the issues noted in the right way and supported us throughout.
