Transparent, easy to use, great customer service!
I love this service largely due to the ease of navigating the website. The second reason I love this service is the ease of subscribing to a plan you choose and how easy they make it to cancel whenever needed. No games and they don't make it hard to figure out how to cancel billing like the games many other services play. For these reason's I will be using this service when I need quick and easily accessible legal forms in the future.

Phenomenal Communication
The experience I had with our representative, Asher, was great. The process went smoothly, and quickly. If I had any concerns they were answered, and fixed immediately. Not to mention, they reverified our address, and as such, there was a minor concern. Asher imputed the correct information, and walked me through the process from start to finish. It was a pleasant experience.

Great customer service! I emailed 360 Legal with a concern about my account and in less than 24 hours, I had received a reply from a representative named Asher. Asher not only took care of my concerns but was very helpful, very polite and actually replied to my emails within minutes of my replies.
