I was thinking of canceling my order but Ms.Emily help me get a better understanding of LLC and what it means for me and my new business I’m trying to achieve. We need more folks like them around to better assist the new beginners. Total scam!!!The website said it would only be $99 dollars to file for my business and the charged my account $269. And they charged my account $199 for updating an agent address without my authorization in 2 days again.DO NOT BE FOOLED BY THIS COMPANY WITH THEIR FAKE REVIEWS!!!

I made a mistake and filed my LLC…
I made a mistake and filed my LLC through this third party. I explained what happened and Ashley was gracious and kind enough to help me figure everything out. She took very well care of me even down to the point of helping me calm down my aggravation at the time. I appreciate everything she done to get everything resolved & turned in my favor. She put her self in my situation and understood what really happened. That is rarely seen now a days with any companies. So thank you Ashley!
