Rikki was great at assisting me with a refund. I mis understood the free trial timeline. He offered me a lower per month fee but I really just didn't need the service. However, it does seem to be a very nice form service. I would definitely recommend it. Thank you Rikki for refunding my trial period fee. I really appreciate it!

Great experience
Moving in with a roommate and decided to utilize this service to create a Roommate Agreement. Very easy to navigate and user friendly. All you need is your information and the generator will do the rest for you so it saves time from typing everything out. Would recommend to anyone.

Just wanted to say that they met my needs and when I no longer needed the service I just sent a response asking how to cancel. Within minutes someone responded and told me it was taken care of. I just thought that was pretty cool and I would have to say their customer service is awesome and when the day comes that I need their service I will remember this and return.
