You failed to understand the purpose of…
You failed to understand the purpose of my call. Youre records did not show correctly relating to the new boiler i purchased from you. The gas safe certificate was not issued for the installation. It seems the records for the new boiler where not updated.

Excellent and efficient new boiler installation service with a smile.
247 Staywarm heating engineer Juan Roberts came yesterday and fitted a new Ideal Logic Combi 30cwt boiler.
He worked non-stop, disposing the old 16-year old boiler, just drank 2 cups of coffee, leaving the house and loft tidy as found. He also carefully explained the use of the new boiler and helped set the thermostat. I highly recommend him - a truly competent and professional plumber.

Combi boiler installation
Following a fault with our combi boiler, it was deemed uneconomic to repair, so we ordered a new boiler from 24/7. The two people I spoke to at the Staywarm team were Lawsia and Willow, and both were professional and knowledgeable, as well as being very friendly. I could not have asked for better service.
The installation was completed by Naim, who was first class. He cracked on with the job, keeping us up-to-date with the whole process and left everything in really good shape.
All in all highly satisfactory and would recommend.

A long overdue boiler replacement
Our boiler had been troublesome for a while but when it started leaking we knew it was probably time for a replacement! We had a service contract with 24/7 so called for an engineer who attended the next day. He confirmed what we already knew and made arrangements for the boiler to be replaced. Within four days, the boiler was replaced. 24/7 were able to offer us a good 0% finance option with a low deposit as well as a discount as we had a contract with them and the boiler was beyond repair. The installation engineer, Mr Kennard, did a very good job. He was polite, efficient and knowledgeable and we would recommend him. The new boiler is working beautifully - thank you 24/7.

We had to call 24/7 out to have a look at a boiler problem, they checked out the boiler and it turned out that the boiler was more expensive to repair than replace, the were also very good at sourcing us a new boiler to suit our needs, making the process a lot easier.
