Our records show that at the point of installation you were advised that boxing would need to be constructed around your external flue after the installation. This work was not completed and was subsequently highlighted by the manufacturer.

Excellent service from engineer…
Had a boiler fitted and the engineer was very polite and explained everything well. However, we could have been updated more by the office that he would not arrive until late pm when we were originally told from 8a.m so took the day off work unnecessarily.

Really really disappointing experience
Really really disappointing experience. Cancelled the install the day before work begun after being strung along.
The more I think about this the more I feel let down and frustrated. After having 3 videos calls, a site visit, paying the deposit and signing the contract and arranging 3 days holiday off work between my partner and I, how is it that you are able to just cancel it, without attempting to reschedule. Have been planning this for a while now and you have been aware of fitting date and would have known of any long term absences within the company…. I waited to allow your chance to fix this but my emails, calls and concerns were either ignored or not acknowledged.
I was told that someone went off long term sick the day before fitting. We have left it 2 months and tried to rearrange before having the story changed and told they can no longer fit due to the remote area we live. We live in Ipswich, not the Isle of Skye, which they were aware of when sending a plumber round to survey and when they took our deposit.
The whole point of getting this booked in was because we were due to have someone vulnerable come stay with us over Christmas and our heating being temperamental, so cancelling the day before deep into December was really frustrating.
We had agreed a boiler would be fitted, and due to the site visits and calls and availability we were strung along for months before being told they are no longer going to do it with very little explanation. I can't waste any further time with additional site visits from other companies and the stress and frustration is taking its toll.
I allowed them time to resolve the issue but any attempt to contact was ignored.
My mum recommended this company to me after having her boiler fitted but I certainly won't be doing the same. All the preparations have been made, I had hired a van and cleared garage moving to temporary storage which I shall now being paying for until I am able to find another company to do the work. In the understanding the work was beginning we also took out a loan to pay for the boiler and work which we are now paying off. So this has had big financials costs on us, all because of the companies ignorance and unprofessional service. They have had zero concern for the customer and we have just been fobbed off and ignored. Now we have to shop around for a new fitting quote and getting booked in during the height of winter resulting and potentially take out a second loan for the work to be completed.
All my hard work and planning and making arrangements has been completely derailed by your unprofessionalism, minimal notice and false offering of services.

We are genuinely sorry to hear how disappointed and frustrated you feel, and we fully acknowledge that the situation caused you significant inconvenience. This was not the experience we aim to provide.
To clarify the timeline and circumstances from our side:
We were not aware in advance that the engineer assigned to your installation would go on long-term sick leave. Unfortunately, this occurred immediately prior to the scheduled installation date. As soon as we were made aware of this situation, we contacted you to inform you and discuss next steps. At that time, we did not have another engineer available who covered your area.
On 5 December, we agreed with you to cancel the installation and process a full refund of your deposit, which was subsequently completed.
You then contacted us again on 31 December, and we responded to confirm that we remained unable to carry out the installation due to the same circumstances, that we still did not have an engineer covering your area, and that your deposit had been refunded in full. We apologised for the inconvenience caused.
You contacted us again on 27 January, and once more we confirmed that, regrettably, we are still unable to support the installation.
We appreciate that this has been extremely frustrating, particularly given the planning you had undertaken and the timing of the cancellation. Please understand that losing business and being unable to assist a customer is always a last resort for us, and this decision was not taken lightly. However, we could not proceed without a suitably qualified engineer available to safely carry out the work.
We are sorry that this situation has caused you distress and disruption, and we regret that we were unable to provide a resolution that met your expectations.

Boiler replacement
We had s major boiler issue on the Friday and with the help of staywarm a new inner fitted the following Tuesday so pretty good, probably pays a bit over the odds but time was more important.
The communication was pretty good as well

The process from start to finish was…
The process from start to finish was conducted professionally, efficiently and to a high standard. The physical work was conducted with minimum disruption to our day and our installation team were friendly and knowledgeable. They left the house clean and tidy and explained everything we needed to know about our new boiler. We would highly recommend to anyone thinking of purchasing a new boiler!
